Technically it hasn't been an entire year since I wrote something for this main series. It has been almost exactly 11 months. Do I have an explanation? I was...exploring other creative projects?
If you look at my profile, you can see that that's exactly what I've been doing! I have completed all of the prequels for this series (we'll get to that in a minute), and done a lot of stand-alone fanfiction, all of which is amazing in my opinion. But I do have a bias.
I would greatly appreciate it if readers would check out "So, What?" - another 1D AU, in which Harry goes on a journey of self-discovery across Los Angeles to find his husband (original character) and beat him senseless, and he meets lots of friends and has lots of funny moments. The second work I would appreciate being checked out is "I Can't Shut Up", a larry stylinson fanfiction is which Louis is the host of a podcast that does not have a public identity, and Harry is the sap who falls in love with his voice. The chapters are exceptionally short and in a variety of format! It's a great story!
But you guys are here for the conclusion to the MITAM series, which I am going to think of a better name for............probably by the time I'm done writing this book, honestly.
We've got 25 chapters in store for y'all, and it looks like most of them are going to be pretty long, which is why there isn't a lot of them taking the other books into consideration.
One thing that I did want to mention is that there are two chapters in this book that may require some additional reading to understand. There are two characters in this final book that were only mentioned in this main series. However, they are main characters in the prequels. First there is Hunter Grant, who is Zayn's math teacher that he falls in love with. There is a chapter in which Zayn goes back to talk to him, and there will probably be some references to the prequel. Then there is Declan Seward, who was Niall's cell mate when he was in prison (the first time!). Niall was crushed and got extremely depressed when he was found dead in the cell that the two shared. The situation surrounding his character is going to be discussed at length.
Take the time in between now and when the first chapter goes up to do some reading of the prequels, if you wish, or to just read anything that I've written because I really appreciate it. (Honestly, I don't have a lot to do after this, so the first chapter could be up today.)
