Sonic Boom: Sonic's New Adventure

A New Head Start

(2 years later)

(Niki is now 12)

(As the sun is raising from a window, Niki is lying in bed asleep. The alarm goes off but she grunts to the noise of the alarm. She turns, facing the alarm with the blanket still over her, reaches her arm out and shuts the alarm off. She then retracts her arm back under the covers)

(The scene changes to the metal selves. Where Ziggy is being charged. Ziggy wakes up seconds later after the alarm has been hit. He looks around and then looks at Niki realizing that she is still asleep. He gives a disgruntled look while also doing a metallic squeak)

(Ziggy then attempts to break free of his charger, but struggles doing so. A few seconds later he breaks free, falling onto the ground from about 3 selves high. He shakes off and then makes his way onto Niki's bed by first climbing the nightstand and then making a little hop onto her bed)

(Ziggy then tilts his head in figuring out how he is going to wake Niki up. The idea then pops in his head and he heads under the covers. He then pinches Niki in the...... And if you think that's what happened you have a dirty mind... you pervert😆! But no that's not what happened. Does not show where Ziggy pinches but he pinches her tail. Niki jolts up, also taking Ziggy up in the air. Niki catches Ziggy but from a hind leg looking very angry)

Niki: Ziggy...! (Lifting him up more in the air)

(Ziggy then crinkles his legs with a nervous squeak)

(Niki then releases Ziggy in mid air with him still landing on the bed)

Niki: (lying back down, taking the blanket with her) Leave me alone, robot... I just wanna sleep in.

(Ziggy starts exclaiming in metallic squeaks intending that Niki forgot about something. Niki then once again reaches her arm out, but this time grabbing her hearing device in order to understand Ziggy. Niki then sits back up with a disgruntled look)

Niki: Okay.... Repeat that.

(Ziggy repeats the exclaiming squeaks)

Niki: Can't we do that tomorrow?

(Ziggy then exclaims sadly)

Niki: I know I promised.... But can we just do it tomorrow?

(Ziggy then just does a high pitched metallic squeak in an almost of saying no)

Niki: Ugh... (Falls backwards onto pillows) You annoy me robot...

(A few seconds later, Hanna and Jenny barge into room and Niki gets back up wondering what is going on. Also Hanna's voice, is a none high pitch version of Rainbowdash from my little pony)

Hanna: (in sing songy) Hello there.... (Normal and walks to the end of the side of the bed) So..., Guess what's today.

Niki: What? (Giving a disgruntled look)

Hanna: I have decided.........(hyper) To get you a boyfriend.

Niki: Hanna.... Why? You know how much I don't want one.

Hanna: I know, but this is your moment to shine. And in this shining moment, I want you to be happy with someone, (slowly gets blunt) rather than just being all alone... Single... Not having anyone to love.

Niki: (fingers between eyes) Is this just because you two got boyfriends recently?

Jenny: Maybe... (Nervously looking at her with her arms behind her back)

Niki: Grr....

Hanna: (forthcoming) Come on, and I know that our boyfriends have a friend that you might like.... Eh? (Closing in towards Niki)

Niki: (using her finger) One chance... And even so, I need to first take Ziggy to the shop.

Hanna: Why?

Niki: Because..... I always take Ziggy to the shop for an upgrade this time of year.

Hanna: Oh, okay. (Turns to face Jenny and walks out the door while talking) Just let us know when you're finished.

(Jenny then follows Hanna out the door and waves a goodbye to Niki, shutting the door)

(Niki just continues a disgruntled look and inhales and then scene fades)
