After a 3 hour train journey of banter with the gang we finally arrive at the station. Riz is running around trying to find our bus tickets to get to the house.
Levi links my arm and we walk to the bus stop together. This should be a fun weekend - Riz's house is amazing and Raffi brought heaps of draw.
Turns out Rizo left the tickets on the train, so Raff and Ollie had to chat up the ticket lady on the bus to let us on. It always seems to work.
The house looks completely new when we step inside. They're constantly making renovations to it, so it's even more glamorous and modern every time.
The huge glass staircase sweeps around the hall and the floors are all rich glossy mahogany. It takes a few minutes for everyone to haul their suitcases in and take in all of the house.
I turn to see Riz's cheeks burning up - she's always been embarrassed of her parents' wealth.
"What should we do now then." Everyone's standing in the doorway just looking into the house, so Riz is obviously trying to distract everyone.
"We'll go get some drink, yeah boys?" Raff nods out the open doors and they all follow him out.
Lily's already run in to the living room excitedly. We had all planned on sleeping there together and covering the floors in mattresses and duvets.
Having taken 30 minutes of hauling all the bedding downstairs, we slump down against walls.
"So what's going on with you and Raff then, Maze?" Lily pipes up, leaning over grin at Mazie. "I don't know.. Guess we'll find out this half term." She winks and we all start laughing.
While I'm getting changed into my trackies and a vest, I hear Riz say, "You know who's fit though." She look over in my direction. "Ollie."
A smirk creeps onto her face. "What do you think Maz?" She's laughing now. "Fuck offfff!" I run and jump onto her cowering body, laughing too. I can tell this is going to be a good weekend.
Suddenly we hear the door closing and the boys' rowdy talking. Lily squeals and onto the mattresses. We follow behind.
Mazie looks at me, widening her eyes and then looks back over at Lily. She's obviously finding her unbearable, so I roll my eyes back and she links her arm through mine, chuckling."Alright girls." Liam takes out three bottles of flavoured Smirnoff and packets of multicoloured plastic shot glasses. "Waaaay" everyone jeers.
We all sit in a circle on the mattresses and Liam goes around filling up everyone's glasses.
After about an hour of dancing, shots and pissing about, I stumble through the huge arch doorway to the kitchen. I spot Raff pouring himself a glass of water.
I lean against the marble island counter, my body facing him. Chuckling, he turns to me, "Had one too many, Mal?" "Not really, actually!"
Although he's obviously drunk,
his expression changes slightly. "I'm worried about you, Maz.""Maybe it's time you start worrying about another girl, Raff." I'm smiling up at him. He takes a sip of his water. "Maybe I am."
"Ahhh yeah you and Mazie! Cute, you're like a thing now." I'm trying to hold back a laugh."Yeah sure, if you wanna call it cute Mali, you can."
"Ooooh raunchy! Give me all the details, Raffity!"
"Fuck off!"
We're both laughing now, closer to each other than we were before."So you haven't done it yet then.." I bite my lip at him and wink, grinning.
"Let's just say she's an even better fuck than you."
I lean further towards him and whisper, "I highly doubt that."
"Finally! There's one thing that doesn't look good on you."
"What's that."
"Jealousy," he smirks down at me and winks, laughing slightly."Raff, trusssst me, I'm not jealous." But his eyes are diverted to above my head and he's stopped concentrating. Suddenly I hear a sharp whisper in my ear.
"Oi, come outside with me." I spin around to see Ollie's face smirking. His hand is rested on mine on the counter. I grab it and press my body towards his.
I gasp dramatically and say "Why, do you fancy me or something?" And chuckle.
He stands grinning for a few seconds, then leans down and kisses me. Pulling out, he laughs and says, "Nahhh."
I hear Raff say "Alright then you two!" And then the sound of his footsteps leaving the kitchen.
Ollie spins our clasped hands around, so we're tangled in each other's arms and we walk to the back door, tripping over eachother and him kissing my neck from behind.
Once outside, he pushes my body against the cold brick wall and kisses me more. We stay that way for ages.
Ahhh shit, I really hope it didn't look like I was trying to make Raff jealous.
