Chapter 28: (THE END)

"Okay so how are you doing now, Mr. Rose?"

Violet asked to an old man sitting on a hospital bed. There was a nurse next to her as she pressed on the side of the bed and a holoscreen appeared, showing the charts of the patient.

After graduating from Med School, Violet became a well known surgeon in the Ataraxy Hospital.

"Much better." Mr. Rose replied

"That's good. Well I'm here to tell you that you're going to be discharged tomorrow just in time for you to go enjoy your grand daughter's birthday." Violet said as she smiled

"Thank you so much." Mr. Rose replied

"Violet, are you free now?" Jen asked as she came inside. Jen had also become a doctor, although she was an army doctor and would sometimes also work in various hospitals. These days she was in Ataraxy.

"Yeah. I'll check up on you later, Mr. Rose." Violet replied as she followed Jen outside. They both were walking side by side in the corridor.

"So where do you want to go for lunch? Same place as always?" Jen asked

"Yeah let's go." Violet replied

"By the way, are you coming to Finn's birthday party tonight?" Jen asked. Finn was Calla's son's name.

"Yeah. But I won't have time to change. Alex said he'll pick me up from the hospital and we'll go straight there." Violet replied

"Oh well since I get off early today, I'll be the first one to reach the party. I have to help Calla with all the decorating and stuff." Jen said

"Good luck. Who's going to pick you up? Or are you going by yourself?" Violet asked

"Alden is going there as well so he is coming in half and hour to pick me up. And then we will go buy the party decorations and go to Calla's house." Jen replied

After lunch break-

"Oh you're ready to go?" Violet asked Jen who was walking towards the entrance

"Yeah. Alden is here." Jen replied

"Great. Say Hi to him from me. I'll see you guys tonight!" Violet said as Jen then went outside and sat in the car

"Violet says Hi." She said to Alden

"Hi to her as well. Now come on, let's go." Alden replied as he started the car and they went to the mall to buy party decorations

"So how's it going at the royal city?" Jen asked. Alden had moved to the royal city. As he worked over there close to the King as the head of the royal guards. He also worked part time as a waiter which was strange but he said he needed to pass time when he was free.

"It's good. Although I love my other job better than the waitressing." He replied

"Then you should quit. I don't get why you are doing it in the first place." Jen said

"It's fun kind of. I get to meet new people." He replied

"So you're only doing it because of that?" Jen asked

"Yep." He replied as he grinned

"Most of the time, I don't get you." Jen replied as they were now walking in the mall.

While shopping they ran into Jack and May who had also got married two years ago.

"Oh what are you guys doing here?" Jen asked

"She's making me help her pick an outfit for tonight." Jack replied. Jack had took over Axel's tech company. And was always inventing some new things.
