Chapter 5: The Omega's Failure

~Izuku

"I-" Before Izuku can respond a man appears behind him, Bakugo's face shows alarm and Izuku turns around, "I-It's you!"

The man standing in front of Izuku wears a black cloak, he has a vest, wristbands and a bandana. All of them red. Suddenly the sound of battle appears in the area, absolute chaos.

Izuku activates full cowl and flies at the man. The man simply raises a hand and a piece of the building below them raises, Izuku dodges it and hits the man with a detroit smash. The man flies a few feet, but lands on his feet. He immediately starts sending pieces of the building at Izuku, who moves as fast as he can to avoid the man's attacks.

~Todoroki

Bakugo said something to Izuku and we all looked confused as Izuku just turned and ran. He's won, why is he running. Suddenly a huge explosion envelops the whole arena, bigger than any of us had seen him do before. Even All Might and Nezu looked surprised. Seconds later our scaffold suddenly fell. Todoroki was one of the first to get up and see all the villains surrounding them.

"Everyone stay down!" Todoroki shouts as he sends out a ring of ice, quickly followed by a ring of fire.

A bunch of villains go flying, but some put up shields or dodged the attack. Immediately everyone gets into action. Todoroki taking on three at once, hitting one with fire, the next with ice. The third one getting a mix of both. He slowly makes his way towards where he last saw Bakugo and Izuku. I need to get to them, their both tired from fighting each other. They timed this perfectly to where two of the best students would be useless. Todoroki takes out another three villains with an ice wall. Most of the smoke has cleared at this point.

~Bakugo

Bakugo heard Izuku launch himself at the man. Damnit, why did I have to lose control. Why did he have to smash me into the ground like that. I need to help him. He's tired like me, he has no chance by himself especially against the second man. Izuku hadn't noticed him, but another man showed up, this one wearing a grey sweatshirt and brown pants. He is just watching, but he's definitely a danger.

Bakugo stumbles to his feet and grabs the man. He immediately starts punching the man in the face, the man grabs him and starts punching back. Where is his quirk? Why is he choosing to fight me fist to fist? Is his quirk not combat related? Suddenly a dark fog envelops the area. I remember this fog, is it this guy? This is the fog they used to take Deku hostage. That thought made Bakugo mad, terrifyingly mad. He suddenly released an explosion at the man's chest, but didn't let go of his arm so Bakugo wouldn't lose him.

Bakugo pushes the man to the ground, climbing on top of him and punching him repeatedly in the face. The man tries to defend himself, but he is weak compared to bakugo, even in his weakened state. Bakugo throws an explosion at the man's face and the man falls unconscious, the fog clearing. Bakugo turns to see what is going on.

Izuku saw Bakugo get up, but stays focused on his fight. He has landed a few hits on the guy, but he's got a really good defense. When the black fog returned Izuku lost the guy, unsure of his location he just made his way towards Bakugo, since he could hear him punching the guy. When the fog cleared, Bakugo immediately looked around. He saw Izuku and started getting off the man. Out of nowhere the other man appeared in front of Bakugo, grabbed him and threw him at Izuku with an inhuman amount of force, sending them both flying off the side of the building, towards where the scaffold had fallen. Izuku and Bakugo landed in the middle, Izuku was knocked out by the impact, but Bakugo got into the fight.
