Augusta's pov:
He wanted children.
I couldn't get it out of my mind, how much he wanted that. I couldn't give it to him, I didn't want kids.
He's been waiting for hundreds of years and I don't even want any.
Blue started to avoid me a lot lately. Whenever I see him he runs off the other way.
As much as I wanted to figure out what was going on, I had another problem.
Lucifer was dying somewhere right now. Feeling less and less alive each moment I wasn't there.
Even if I found him and went to help it would do anything. I had to choose him to keep him alive.
I couldn't do that without talking to Blue first though. I planned on confronting him the next time I saw him, which I hoped would be soon.
After an hour without seeing him I decided to go look for him. I found him in his room, staring off into space. Like when I found him before, thinking about the future.
"Blue." I said.
He jumped, startled.
"I didn't see you there." He said.
"Didn't mean to scare you." I said.
"Yeah." Blue said.
After a moment of awkward science I told him we needed to talk. He turned to face me.
"I know your upset about the not having kids thing, but even if I could I wouldn't. I never really wanted kids to start with, I'm only eighteen. I plan on doing so much more in life then get stuck with a family." I said.
"I've been thinking about that too. You just don't feel my pain, I waited and waited-"
"Then don't wait anymore." I cut him off.
"What?" He said.
"Blue, go find someone who can give you a family, who can love you more and who makes you happy. I can't do that." I said.
"Are you suggesting we break up? Won't mates die?" Blue asked.
"Are we really mates Blue? Do you still feel sparks when we touch, because I don't." I said.
"Doesn't that just happen in the beginning?" Blue said.
"No, it happens always when you have your true mate." I said.
"So, were not true mates." Blue said.
I shook my head.
"And to think you were the one." Blue said.
So he never really loved me. He probably didn't even like me that much ether.
"I guess you'll just have to go find her." I said.
"Following my big brothers foot steps yet again." Blue said.
"I guess so." I said.
"I'm glad we had time together, Augusta. I would have been stuck down there in that cave for the rest of my life if it wasn't for you." Blue said.
"I do what I can." I said.
Blue nodded.
He wasn't even fazed, like he knew it was coming. I guess some things don't work out in the end.
I left his room, almost sad. Then I remembered Lucifer and his words.
I promised I'd see him soon, but he told me not to count on it.
I gulped, wondering where he was now and why he didn't plan on seeing me.
I would have to track him down before it was too late.
Usually I would have Ryan help me with odd things like this, because believe it or not he kept good secrets.
Now I was on my own, hoping I could find a way to him quickly.
I started out in the direction of our midnight meeting spot.
It took me an hour to run there, even at a steady tempo pace.
The scents were old, he hadn't been here recently.
Where would he go after the club? Was he still watching me now?
I scanned the area, but he was no where to be found.
I wondered around aimlessly for hours, until the moon shone bright over head and still found nothing.
I searched on the ground and in the air, the darkness didn't bother me, night vision helped a lot.
When I started to feel over tired I settled down in Wolverine form near a large tree base, hoping I would find him tomorrow.

I know I haven't updated in forever, and this is so short. I'm really sorry.
School and training for states takes up a lot of time. But I get all week off of running next week so I promise to update more next week.
Promise.
