Chapter 56

Augusta's pov:

"There working for him? Are you insane! Aden would never go against his pack members, not ever in-"

"Look Jena, whether you want to believe it or not it happened and it's over. Were not going back, not after what happened," Logan said.

"What? No I can't just leave, he, he's my mate! He probably had a great reason for this. You must have done something," Ashely said to me.

"No I haven't done anything, we have to leave, he's not the same," I said.

"Just let me talk to him, I can figure this out," Ashley said.

"Ashley, were going. I don't blame you to you stay, just be careful, something's wrong with him," J said.

"Your all insane," Ashley said, turning towards the house.

"Be safe," I said.

She just shook her head and kept walking.

"What's wrong with everyone? What's happening," Armando asked?

J, Logan, Kyle and I told everyone what happened and how we got here.

"Well, that's different," Wanda said.

"No kidding," Kyle said.

"So were back on our own again? Watching out for danger and working gigs," Lucy asked.

"I can't think of anything else to do. Logan, J your welcome to join but I get it if you want to go live your own lives. I have brought nothing but crazy to you both all of the time and a break might be nice," I said.

"Augusta we live for the craziness you bring," Logan said.

"You can't get rid of us that easily, besides those ninja freaks back there can kick some serious butt. Your going to need all the help you can get," J said.

"Like you helped so much back there anyways," I said.

"Hey, we held them off until the backup arrived, I think we did pretty good," Logan said.

"Let's just keep going, I want to be as far away from here so possible," I said.

"Should we go to Jason's," Armando asked.

"No, he'll expect us to go back there," I said.

"Kyle's," Lucy suggested?

That was where the gang belonged after all.

"Kyle's," I agreed.

It's been a month since we moved back to Kyle's house. In some way I always knew we'd end up back here.

No sign of the hunters, yet we keep on guard and take watches at night.

Logan and J love the gang life and fit in perfectly here. Everyone's used to them together now so it's not a problem.

Everything seemed to being moving forward in a good way. Which never seemed to stay for long. I was just waiting for something to go wrong or someone to show up and try to kill all of us.

But nothing went down. Life went on and everything was great.

Lucifer never showed. It bothered me that I felt so close to him and how all the angle things seemed to be disappearing. I tried to ignore the odd feeling and focus on other things but the feeling always remained. And I always wondered.

"Let's go see a movie," Lucy suggested!

"Is there anything good out," I asked?

"There's a new movie called Mad Max, it looks interesting," She said.

"I'm down, how about everyone else," I asked?

"I'll go find out," Lucy said.

This will be the first time we've all gone out and done something since we got back. We were too nervous about who could see us in public when we got back. But it's been quiet for a month now, so we should be fine.

"They agreed! Let's go, movie starts in a hour," Lucy said.

So we get ready and all drove to the theatre. All in matching leather and dark pants we looked pretty cool. The humans seemed to think so too, they couldn't keep there eyes off us.

Not that I liked all of the attention, especially of we are being hunted but it did feel nice to have admirers.

The movie turned out to be amazing, lots of fighting, blood and such. Just our kind of movie. The best part was that nothing odd happened.

Life finally seemed to go our way. Maybe we will be ok after all.

Hey guys! I'm thinking of ending the book here. I'm so out of ideas for this book and I feel like I keep dragging it on with small silly ideas.

So this might be it for this book, but don't worry I have tons of other ideas for other new books. :) just give me a little time to get them started.
