19. Try to keep calm

HARRY

Harry was waiting for Louis outside the bathroom stall. He was still concerned, seeing Louis getting hurt had been horrible, he was going to insist they went to the hospital to check that everything was okay with peanut.

"Oh no" he heard Louis whisper from inside the stall, his voice sounded afraid.

"Lou? Is everything alright?" Harry asked.

"Harry" Louis whimpered.

"Louis? What's wrong baby?" Harry tried to open the door "Open the door please".

The door opened and it revealed Louis, he looked scared.

"I'm bleeding" was all Louis said before tears started falling down his cheeks.

Harry felt panic, did that mean they were loosing peanut? He shook that thought from his head, he had to stay calm and act fast.

"We need to take you to the hospital right now" he told his boyfriend.

Harry then moved to where Louis was standing and picked him up, deciding it was the fastest way to get Louis to the car. While he carried him outside the bathroom and across the pub, Louis had his arms wrapped around Harry's neck and his face buried on his chest while he cried.

"Don't worry baby everything will be alright" Harry said to sooth him, but really he was trying to convince himself.

He reached the pub's exit and walked as fast as he could to where the car was parked, he was so glad he had insisted on bringing the car. When he got there he opened the passengers door with difficulty (he had Louis in his arms), but he managed to do it and then he deposited Louis there and put on his seatbelt.

He ran around the car to get to the drivers door and when he was seated he drove as fast as it was allowed (maybe a little faster) to the hospital. He kept looking at Louis, he was quiet but tears where streaming down his face while his hands where gently placed on his baby bump.

Harry kept repeating in his mind 'peanut will be okay, peanut will be okay', but as much as he said it he still couldn't convince himself.

When he reached the hospital he parked the car near the entrance, he got out and went to the passenger's door and carried Louis in his arms out of the car and inside the hospital.

When he got inside he walked fast to the front desk.

"I need help, my boyfriend's pregnant and he's bleeding" Harry said urgently.

The lady that was there signaled someone and a wheelchair was brought and Harry was instructed to sit Louis there. He sat him there gently, but did not leave his side.

"Sir please fill in these forms" the lady from the front desk said to Harry and gestured to some papers she had in her hands.

"Um... Okay " Harry said and kissed Louis's forehead lightly "I'll be right back babe".

"No, don't leave me" Louis whimpered reaching for Harry's hand to stop him.

"Okay I won't leave you" Harry said, if Louis didn't want him to leave, he wasn't going to leave "Can I bring them with me to where they are taking him?"

"Yes, just hand them in when you finish" she said and walked from behind the desk to where they were and gave them to Harry.

"Ok" Harry told her.

Then Louis was wheeled to the maternity ward, and once they entered a room a nurse took a look at the bleeding and then cleaned it up. She then helped Louis into a hospital gown and got him inside the bed.
