Aspen
--Next Morning--
I woke up and rushed myself into the shower, did all my routines and went down at the dining table. I greeted my mum and dad good morning and rushed in our garage. I grabbed my car keys and went straight to my Camaro.
It was my second time driving my car since I always hitched a ride from my 'Friends', guess I'm not that 'friend' they used to have anymore.Say goodbye to the Aspen they knew because this me now.
I started Bree up and sped my way to school. Why? Is it wrong to name a car? I don't think so.
---
As I was walking through the school corridors, I can feel people's burning stares they're giving me, and I walked like I don't care. I can see people stepping aside making the hallways less crowded and silent. But, I didn't move. I stayed exactly where I am. Some students were giving me looks of sympathy. I can hear several heels clicking behind. Guess the "Boss" has arrived, but she's not the boss for me anymore.
"Well, well, isn't it my most favorite person in the world, Aspen Clifford, tired of living in the janitor's closet?" I rolled my eyes and spun around, facing them.
"Well well, isn't it Amanda Jones, who looks like royalty but the most trashiest person I know and also the same person who replaced me in living in the janitor's closet." I threw back. Amanda scrunched her face in disgust and the 'friends' I used to have looked taken aback by what I said. Luke looked at me in disbelief.
"So you do admit that you used to live in there." Calum snickered.
You want to play that game???
Fine.
"Shut up. Am I talking to you? It's rude to interrupt people's conversations." I snapped at Calum. I swear I saw him flinch from what I said.
"Then who were you talking to?" Luke butted in. Joined the party eh? Guess what, you weren't invited slinthead.
"If I were to ask you, who was I talking to?" I said with venom in my voice, him sinking from where he is.
"The air." Someone in the crowd stuttered. I looked around seeing who said it. Everyone tensed up from where they are standing. I figured nobody would admit it so, I shook it off.
"I just realized something, did you do something to your face because you looked like you just had plastic surgery." Amanda smirked while her allies laugh.
"GO ASPEN! SHOW 'EM WHO'S BOSS!!" I figured that was from Mason.
"SLAY THEM ALL!" Mason's friend cheered. I just chuckled, typical. As everyone quieted down, I spoke.
"Oh, you like it? I just heard something, since when did you have brain surgery? Because you sound stupid everyday, it doesn't also have any difference to your face, it looks stupid as it is." I patted her head. "Oh and cover your face, volcanoes are about to erupt." I added leaving their mouths hanging open. Mason's friend cheered and the bell rung just in time.
"Way to go, boss." Mason laughed slinging an arm behind me. I just laughed at him. I proceeded to my classes.
---
It was lunch time and I went to the cafeteria to get food. After getting my food I went straight to the table Mason's friends usually sits. After, a few seconds, I was joined by Mason and his friends. They all quieted down and stared at me.
"What?" I said in confusion.
"You were awesome, Aspen! Was that really you?" Stiles grinned.
"Guess, she just has that bad girl attitude which everyone doesn't know, even her own brother doesn't know." Scott smiled, and everyone agreed at his comment.
"Good girls are bad girls that haven't been caught." Someone said from the group who I don't recognize.
"Yeah. You made me proud, sis." Mason said wiping his invisible tears.
"Dude, no." I said, playfully pushing him slightly.
----
Classes were dismissed. I passed through the crowded hallways to my locker. I placed all the things I need in my bag and put in the things I don't need. I slammed my locker shut and I saw the "Royalties" trying to pass by the crowded hallways. I went to Bree, noticing Luke's car is right next to it. I groaned, earning a few stares. I saw a block nearby and this gives me an idea. I placed the block on one of Luke's car's tires and went inside mine. I rolled up my window. Bree is tinted with mirror tints so people can't see me from the outside. I waited for how many minutes 'till they went for Luke's car. It was only Luke and Amanda, this should be fun. Amanda scrunched her face in disgust with my car in sight.
Well, excuse me, my car is tinted with mirror, therefore you're looking at yourself, idiot.
They started up the car, Luke's head lunged forward slightly while Amanda's head bumped into the dashboard. I laughed hysterically in seeing her face. When my laughter died, I went back into my poker face and drove away. I caught it on tape.
Guess who's laughing now.
---
Dinner was quite fun, to be honest. Mason can't keep his mouth shut the whole night. He even told our parents what I did, they were proud. whale then.
I stayed at my balcony, inhaling the fresh, cool wind of our neighborhood.
I saw a tall silhouette strolling down the street, kicking rocks and cussing loudly when he stumbled.
Me being me, I jumped off my balcony and followed the man wherever he is going. Step-by-step, Step-by-step, Step-by-step until he reached the forest at the end of the neighborhood in which, I don't even know was there.
I think I should go out more. Yeah, I should.
I hid behind trees whenever he looks back and followed him all through out until he stopped. He stood there for a long time before he went to the center tree and sat.
I crawled up behind him and I accidentally stepped on a twig.
Omg.
Crap.
Jesus.
Fml.
Help me.
Please.
Omfg.
asjhdjflhlv.
This twig is on crack.
Curse this twig.
Frick twigs.
Stupid twigs.
Christ.
I probably stood there for a long time....
"What are you doing?"
Oh shuck me.
