Marvel's Spider-Man X Reader - SLOW UPDATES

Wolf Spider (P)

(Y/N) parents were killed in front of her when she was 5. Before that, they were always moving and she was very often babysat. She chooses to be mute after their deaths, only writing to communicate. Everyone always assumed she was always mute though and no one knows about her past. She keeps to herself and sits in the back of every classroom. She goes to Horizon after a deal that she would clean all the class's after school and pay 1/4 of the tuition. This is because she couldn't pay for the tuition by herself. She also works 2 jobs and has insomnia with nightmares of her parent's death. She was also bitten by a radioactive wolf spider and is a hero. Besides the normal spider-powers, she has one retractable horn-like fangs on the back of each of her hands. These fangs contain poison and (Y/N) can choose whether it's fetal or deadly. But a stab from a fang creates swelling, redness, fever, and itchiness to the receiver. She also designed her suit based on the wolf spider and her superhero name is...guess what is Wolf Spider! She also uses her voice when a hero so no one recognizes her voice either. All in all, it would be really hard to find out her identity. She based her suit the wolf spider that bit her:

Notes: Besides all the normal spider-powers she has extra endurance being able to run at a moderate pace for long periods while regulating her breathing and not sweating. The bands on her arms contain more web fluid. Claws built on the ends of her gloves extending from where her fingernails would be. Stripes on thighs are secret pockets containing cures for (Y/N)'s poison. (That took weeks to figure out, she is also immune to her own poison.)

(Y/N) POV

I walked head down absorbing all sounds within a 7 1/2 radius around me. Talking, cars, footsteps, heels clicking on the sidewalk, and soon silence as I blocked the world out. Looking at the familiar sidewalk grooves, cracks, and density. I took a breath and released it looking up from the ground my eyes barely visible from underneath my hood. I walked calmly to the crosswalk crossing the street heading to a random cafe for my caffeine intake of the day. 'Cup o' Joe's' Their staff will be friendly and too many people. I shrugged not really caring for anything except for my caffeine at this point. I walked up to the door holding it open for a lady with a stroller struggling to get inside. "Thank you, young lady, here." She said as she handed me a few dollars enough to pay for any small items on the menu. I shook my head and handed it back closing her hand around it. I grabbed my small notebook and wrote: 'I was being polite and having common courtesy that is a requirement for everyone in this and every city. I shouldn't be paid for that, but thank you. I cannot speak if you were wondering as well.' "You poor thing!" I shook my head writing again: 'I'm fine mam' I've been like this my whole life it's okay.' After watching her eyes glide across the pages she sighed and gave me a hug. I tensed but wrapped my arms around her figure trying not to be too awkward. I smiled still not knowing why the heck anyone would do this if I just helped them in a cafe. I nodded my head at the kind mother and got in line. I looked at the menu trying to decide what to choose my eyes glancing and moving across the menu every few seconds. Shadow in the right corner of vision. Footsteps. Someone is behind me. "Trying to decide what to choose?" I heard the voice close to my ear not startled at all. I turned around to see a slightly taller than me male. I recognized him immediately. Peter Parker. Spider-Man. Goes to Horizon. Share 4 out of 7 classes with him. I still don't understand how everyone else doesn't see he is the Spider-Man. I thought it was a school for geniuses. I look behind him. Harry Osborn. He used to go to Horizon shared 2 classes. I nodded at Peter's question and waving at Harry. Peter furrowed his eyebrows glancing between us. "You know each other?" I nodded at his question as Harry answered him. "Uh-yeah when I went to Horizon we did a project together. I think we shared 2 classes, right (Y/N)?" I nodded again. I feel like that's the only thing I've done this entire conversation. Actually, that's the only thing I've done. Peter nodded in understanding and looked back at me. "So what are you going to get (Y/N)?" Harry glanced at me and I flicked my wrist gently him understanding that it was fine for him to tell Peter. "Peter, (Y/N) can't speak." Peter's eyes widen and he starts apologizing profusely. Exactly what I predicted. I chuckled and waved my hand to show him he was fine. I took out my notebook and wrote down what I wanted. 'Hot Chocolate and Coffee with creamer and 2 shots' I showed Peter and he shook his head smiling looking at my order. "You shouldn't have that much caffeine, you know." I shrugged. It keeps me awake that's all I need it for. Harry chuckled quietly at my shrug. I turned around hearing the person's feet in front of me shift the amount of weight when walking. After a while, you learn this indicates the line is moving. I showed the cashier the order and they nodded shouting for the order across the room. I stepped away back into the corner of the room. I watched as Harry and Peter looked around for me around the room. "I don't understand she always does this. When we shared classrooms or I tried to find her after class she always disappeared. I swear that girl could hide in a pure white room and be invisible. It's kinda funny, to be honest. A little quirk of hers I guess." I watched and listened to their conversation until I heard my order being yelled out and went to the counter grabbing it and paying. I walked behind Harry silently smiling. I looked at Peter who was staring at me. I made a cutting motion over my neck to show him not to tell. I smirked as he barely nodded trying to stifle a laugh. "Oh I-um I-I remembered the Salt and Pepper Diner clip." I leaned my face next to Harry's being right outside his line of vision making sure to be silent and controlling here my shadow was. I suddenly gripped his shoulders and shook him. Harry yelped as he got startled me laughing in my head shaking trying to contain them as to not blow my cover. Harry turned and playfully glared at me as I took a sip of my coffee. I wrote a note in my journal of communication, my little nickname for my notebook at least. I ripped the note out handing it to Harry. I spoke the words in my heads as I watch Harry's eyes glide smoothly across the paper. 'Welp, I have to go soon but I hope to see you soon, Harry! I missed you and I'm sorry for what happened. Back on the happier note can you ask Peter if he wants to walk with me to Horizon? Thank you, Harry, you are the best. You are like a freaking older brother. It's really funny to me for some reason though oh well I hope to see you soon.' Harry looked up from the paper snorted and looked t me. "You would be a very funny younger sister (Y/N), I gotta say." I nodded smiling at him then I gave him a hug and he returned it to me. "So Pete (Y/N) wants to know if you wanted to walk to Horizon together." I looked at Peter giving him my attention. "Oh-um yeah sure!" We walked out of the cafe as Harry and Peter fist-bumped and I gave Harry one last hug before turning to Peter and waving to Harry. I dragged Peter along as he kept telling me to slow down. Every time I refused and shook my head.

I dozed off in class as I internally blushed at the thought of Peter. I mean he is Spider-Man and because I work with Spider-Man daily I know what kind of a person Peter is. Kind, funny and he is so persistent. You see after I got closer to him after the last few days I may...have gotten a crush? Speaking of which...the commotion outside made everyone turn their heads. Except me. I was escaping the classroom to change into my suit. I revealed my 'fangs' on the back of my hands and retracting and letting them into my hand once more for them to be ready to inject poison. If necessary. I ran out of the bathroom swinging out the school. I sighed seeing the Rhino swinging cars around and headbutting the sides of buildings. I look to my left seeing Peter I mean Spider-Man. "So Wolf Spider what's the plan?" I sighed and then spoke my voice a bit raspy from lack of use. "I just got here Spidey don't you think I need a minute to figure it out?" Spidey laughs. "Oh, my apologies. Anyway, get civilians out the way and calm him down right?" I nodded swinging down from the ledge we were on webbing a few people out the way. "Aleksei you need to calm down...please." Aleksei ran at you, horn first, breathing hard after you dodged. You ran and shot your web-swinging on a ledge of building sticking on by your hands and feet. You narrowed your spider lenses making them zoom in focused on the back of Aleksei's neck while he has his back turned to you. You turned to Spider-Man noticing the mind-control machine on his neck. "Spidey he has the mind control on the back of his neck. I'm pretty sure I can calm him down enough for you to get close." Spidey nodded to you and then spoke. "Sounds like a plan!" You swung down getting right in front of Aleksei and putting your hands where he could see them. "I'm not going to hurt you...I want to help-" You never got to finish that sentence as he charged at you and you being about 4 feet away didn't allow enough time to move out the way. "Wolf Spider!" Spidey shouted as you get knocked back through the way of a building as the Rhino charged at you again. You weakly raised your hand and shot a web pulling yourself out the way by a few feet. The Rhino going too fast to slow down right away knocked a support beam down. You felt the building shake underneath you and panicked quite unlike your normally peaceful self. You let out a blood-curdling scream as rubble fell on you and the Rhino charged and hit you with his horn. You heard Spidey land behind the Rhino. You stumbled on to your feet hearing the building shaking even more. "Spider-Man, you have to get everyone out of here, now!" This was the one time you ever called Peter Spider-Man, not Spidey. He looked at you on the ground Aleksei looming over you and the rumble tumbling down around you all. "GO!" you shouted desperately not wanting to be the reason all these innocent people were killed. You watched him swing into higher levels through the holes in the ceiling. You tried regaining your footing facing Aleksei. Now that Spidey wasn't here you could take your mask off. Your lab was next to Aleksei's so you two became quick friends. You grabbed the edge of your mask and took a deep breath. You see, you had built a filter in your mask for an event like this where there was dust or smoke in the air. You looked up at the Rhino as he backed up realized what he did. The Rhino's normally grey eye's shifted from grey to Aleksei's brown eyes. You put your hand forward on the front of his face, like Hiccup's and Toothless's moment in How to Train your Dragon. Which was one of your favorite movies but shook your head to get rid of the thought. You then jumped onto the roof quickly crawling to get behind the Rhino. You aimed your webs at the mind control device and brought it to your hand. You stuffed it in your armbands were you store extra web fluid to analyze later. You hastily put your mask back on and jumped down to the detransforming Aleksei. You heaved him over your shoulder and stumbled and flinched from your wounds opening up even more. You webbed up to the next level checking for anyone else and doing the same process the levels. Once you at the top and heard a small voice coming from a corner the walls decaying before your eyes. You recognized it as a young boy's voice and ran toward it, the unconscious Aleksei slowing you down a bit. You put your spider lenses into heat-sensing mode getting a heat signature from beside a wall. You pushed your muscles to run faster toward it picking up the small boy and put him on your other shoulder. You then ran across the level of the building seeing an opening to swing out of. The level jerked causes you to fall to your knees. The small boy spoke up his voice raspy and dry. "I-I'm really s-scared Wolf-Wolf Spider." You wiped tears from his eyes and crawled to the ledge of the building. The building shuddered once again and the little boy and Aleksei escaped from your grip and fell. You reacted quickly and you shot a web parachute for them both. The boy screamed and gripped the web parachute, as his life depended on it. You breathed a breath and black dots clouded your vision. You gripped onto the floor as the building finally gave out and came crashing down. Your screams penetrated the air as your body shook and convulsed. You tried to hold on consciousness for just a bit longer knowing that your partner wasn't far. Your screams didn't stop as your vision completely faded into black.

Okay, I am so sorry for the cliffhanger but OMFG this took SO long and I am so sorry for the wait! Anyway, this took forever and I am so happy with it.
