The Singer and the Fan: A Brave New Love

It's been a few weeks since the last run in with Melanie and the singer and fan had been crazy busy.

They had searched high and low for someone to officiate their wedding and came up empty.

Until today, Jo just came home with the best idea ever.

"Hey babe?" Jo yells out loudly as she enters their home.

Kassie has been working from home for the past two days because Ella came down with a fever and a cold.

The little princess has been very groggy and the only person she wants when she's like that is Kassie.

As a result, the curly head woman has been working from home as well as planning their wedding, while attending to their sick daughter.

"Shhhh...babe. I just got Ella to take a nap."Kassie said in a soft voice as she rounded the corner from the kitchen to meet her fiancé.

Jo greets the curly head woman with a kiss to the lips and they walk over to the living room.

The singer plops down in an arm chair and Kassie sits right in her lap.

"Hey cutie...how was your day?" Kassie asks the older woman as she settles into her lap and kisses her again.

"It was very good. Awesome, actually!" Jo confesses with a huge grin.

Kassie smirks at her girlfriend.

"That's good. What happened?"

"Weellll....I was talking with my sisters today and they gave me an idea about the whole "trying to find someone" to do the nuptials for our wedding."

Kassie wraps her arms around Jo's neck and raises her eyebrows for the woman to continue.

Jo begins to rub Kassie's thigh as she begins to speak.

"They told me that we can have someone get legally ordained online to do it. What do you think about that? That way we can have someone whom we care and love for, marry us?"

Kassie looks at the woman with a smile and lean forward and kisses her with passion.

Jo moans into the kiss when the curly head woman slowly pushes her tongue into her warm mouth.

"Mhmm." Jo moans again when Kassie bites down on her lip and then pull it softly with her teeth.

The two women pull back after a few moments and smile at each other.

"I take it that you are on board for that suggestion." Jo softly whispers into the other woman's ear.

Kassie turn her head to look the singer in the eye.

"I am so on board with that."

"Great! The only thing we have to do is find someone willingly to do it."

"That's true...mhmm." Kassie states as she begins to ponder.

Both of the women sit in each other's arms thinking about who would be the perfect person to do their wedding.

After a few more moments, Jo interrupts the silence.

"How about your cousin?" Jo asks excitedly.

Kassie knits her eyebrows.

"Which one?"

"Umm...Jasmine."

Kassie looks at her fiancé with an inquisitive stare.

"What?" Jo laughs.

"You're joking, right?"
