He lied on his bed staring at the ceiling of this small crowded room after a long exhausting day, feeling finally relieved to the approach of the sweet awaited sleep, but it's only to wake up to another exhausting day.
Huh, little did he know.
Upon looking at the clock he realized it's about midnight and surprisingly it's his 25th birthday! Ah! Another miserable year had passed and another one to come.
He thought : maybe I'll have a little treat. "while starting to fantasize - which is for him- a perfect life while for others it's just another day!".
While slowly submitting to the spell of sleep he was terrorized by a pounding sound
Where could this be coming from!
He stood up, walked slowly towards the cabinet and grabbed the door that blew up in his face!
And what would you know it's a damn portal!
Not believing what's going on he rubbed his eyes thinking he might be going insane!
But it's real
What's he gonna do
FINALLY something new is happening in this bloody routine of his!
Will he take the chance?

Filled with terror he stepped inside and the door slammed behind him.
"Why is everything so bright! " he said trying to adjust his eyes.
When he could see clearly he found himself in front of his parents house but it was a bit strange it seemed as if it was brand new, it has a car at the front. You could certainly tell this house is filled with life.
But how his parents have been dead for years! He lost the house when he was out of a job.
All of a sudden, A kid comes out running "daddy, daddy" the kid said
Behind the kid - surprisingly - his high school sweetheart saying:"honey you're early! How did work go? "
Now he understood it all! He is in his perfect life! He has a job, he married the woman he loved and he has a family!
But how!
It's no time for questions, IT'S TIME TO LIVE.
He entered his home in joy with a big smile on his face, in his arms the two most beautiful beings in the world as if this has been his life all along and he didn't even look back
Why would he!? He finally has what his heart truly desires.
Now back to the crowded room, did you really think we've ever left!
Actually WE might have! But HE never did and unfortunately never would.
On his birthday, the day when he was given life it's taken away!
