We parked our bikes outside Alice's house. "Alice!" We shouted together.
"Hey cutie McKie and detective Haily!" She said as I gave a smile and lifted eyebrows to her. "Everyone's in! Just you guys! Go inside."
"Thanks Ms. Alisson Weaver," we replied as we go in.
We went to Alice's room after we greeted her parents. "Hey guyz!" The two of us said.
Immediately, Stanley came to me and grabbed my arm, leading me outside as Pauline or Papu says, "He's got something to ask." She said it with a mysterious smile and both eyebrows lifted. I removed Stanley's arm and followed him outside. I gave Papu the confused look.
"This is just short," Stanley said, "I want Juliet. How?"
I smiled because I know I'm an expert when it comes to this. I've experienced many. Juliet is my laugh buddy sister. I always laugh with her and we are in the same fandom."Sure." I gave him a little smile. "Let's talk on the phone tomorrow. Don't have much time tonight."
Stanley: "I expect I you, Haily Amber."
We went back in the room. We started talking about our personal lives and it seems everyone is happy. As what we do it everyday.Then, we started talking about the research paper.
Taylor said,"Let's discuss about paranormal. Besides, the school will give us an eight-day-trip elsewhere." I knew he was trying to be brave,but I'm sorry. It didn't work. Most paranormal mysteries are left unsolved, almost everything. Well maybe, Amanda or Mandy will give a big contribution since she loves reading those kinds of books.
I opened my mouth to say something but Juliet interrupted me. She saying,"Well, it's a bit unique, but hard to solve. But, another but, if we solved it, we will surely get high grades."
"Yes," I said, "Let's vote for paranormal. Mine is yes, I go for paranormal."
Hannah: "Don't you think it's dangerous."
Mandy replied, "We'll never know if we'll never try. My vote: yes." Mandy loves horror movies, but never encountered real paranormal. I'm actually doubt with my yes.
Hannah: "Fine, yes."
Stanley, Taylor, Papu, Alice, Juliet, McKie voted yes too.
Here goes nothing.
