"Diamond... K-Kindergarden," Steven gulped.

"That's correct," White said calmly. "You are in the presence of a beautiful place! After all, it made me," White gloated.

Pearl, Amethyst and Garnet took out their weapons, ready to fight. Steven stood in front of them, asking them to wait.

"White, why are you here? What do you plan to do?"

"Isn't it obvious? We're making another Diamond! One to replace you when you're gone."

When I'm gone-oh no, Steven thought. Suddenly, White slammed at the ground, but the gems easily dodged the attack. Pearl and Amethyst rushed through Diamond from both sides, Amethyst landing a minor hit, while Pearl was smacked away. Surprisingly, she didn't poof.

"Guys, stop! I don't want you getting hurt," Steven pleaded.

"We can't let her do this Steven," Garnet screamed, running at her friends.

Garnet easily evaded a strike from the Diamond, and rolled over to the two gems. She picked them up, and they started to fuse.

"Hmm," White hummed.

Alexandrite started to appear, and she was a little smaller than White, but big enough to put up a fight! White broke off a piece of the cave's ceiling and through it at the fusion. The fusion simply chomped on it, roaring immediately after. Alexandrite rushed the Diamond, and swung at her. White backed away, but took a hit to the face.

"Err, you gems will pay for that!"

White threw a couple punches at the fusion, and landed some successful hits. Alexandrite fell backwards, but quickly got back up. She saw White readying a blast from her eyes, so she ducked. The beam missed, and Alexandrite saw her opportunity! She built it up in her throat, than let out a fiery breath... literally!

The blast hit White, and almost knocked her down. White shook her head, and when she saw the punch coming towards her she moved out of the way. The fusion missed her target, and hit the wall hard, causing a crack. Steven held up his shield, as debris fell from above, but the ground shook, throwing him off balance. He gasped when he saw a big chunk of rock falling towards him. He readied himself for his impact... but it never came. He looked up to see a looming shadow over him... it was Alexandrite!

"Sorry... Steven," she said in a whisper.

Then, she poofed. All four of the gems started to fall, luckily Steven caught them. He looked down in shame and guilt, then put them aside.

"Finally," White scoffed. "They we're getting annoying! Well Steven, now it's just me and you. I know you can't do much... Pink never could hurt me, and you have her gem. What's the worst you could do Starlight? Give me another speech about love?"

White slightly laughed at her remark, but Steven clenched his fists. He was being taken over by anger. First White caused just friends to poof, now she's mocking him! Well... not anymore!

"HEY," Steven yelled, turning a bright pink.

White caught attention of this, and immediately ceased her laughter. She looked at him in confusion and concern.

"What is th-"

"SHUT UP! YOU SAY YOU'RE PERFECT, BUT YOU'RE NOT! YOU'RE JUST A BLEACHED ROCK!"

White gasped, changing her expression to anger. "That's quite enough!"

She shot her white beam at Steven, and smiled when it was about to hit. But she frowned when she got a different result.

"NO!"
