We are having conversation kung paano liligawan ni Paul si Shiila when Chian and Melody arrived at the Garden

"I asked her out" bungad ni Paul sa kanila

"Sino?" Melody said

Chian let Melody go and pinaupo sa long bench "you asked her out? Define her"

"God, syempre si Steph" Paul replied

"What?" Melody and Chian asked in unison and napatawa na lang kami ni Shiila

"Oh diba? Gullible" Paul said "of course si Shiila" he grinned

"I don't believe you" Melody said and looked at Shiila

"Are you serious?" Chian asked and Shiila nodded "really?" he asked again and laughed

"Bakit? Unbelievable ba? I asked Shiila out" Paul said and kinda shouted

"Medyo" Melody said with her poker face expression "well, anyway, good for you. No match ka naman kay Shiila eh" she said and then she looked at Shiila and they both laughed

"Grabe namang support yan sa akin" Paul said habang nagiihaw

"Team Shiila ako" Melody said

"Same" I replied

Then si Paul biglang tumingi kay Chian

"Neutral bro" Chian said

"Cmon bro?"

"Kaya mo na yan" Chian replied

Then suddenly loud laughter fills the air

And it really feels so good to be with these people

This is the first time na I can finally say that I'm enjoying my youth

I hope this night will never end

Kumuha pa sina Chian and Paul ng iihawin kasi konti lang muna yung nilabas niya kanina in case na hindi namin maubos pero sobrang saya ng kwentuhan. Good thing prepared si Paul sa mga ganitong scenario

"I'll get some beers too" Shiila said and tumakbo papunta sa kitchen

"Fudge, she's drunk" I said

"No, she's in love" Melody said

And we both laughed

Kami na lang natira sa garden, we are grilling marshmallow sa campfire

"How are you feeling?" I asked

"Okay naman. It's just a sprain, gagaling rin to. Don't worry"

"Good to know" I said and uminom ako ng beer ko

"Eh ikaw? Kamusta ka?"

"Mabuti naman" I replied "gosh, why are we asking dumb questions?" I added and we both laughed again

"Kamusta kayo ni Chian?" she asked

"I think we are okay" I replied

"You think? Why sounds like, not sure?" she asked and laughed "go talk to him, ikaw lang rin naman inaantay niya eh"

"I really don't know how to, saka anong sasabihin ko?"

"Wala ka bang utak why are you asking me this question?" She asked and nakafrown yung eyebrows niya "importante ba sayo si Chian?"

"Oo naman. Importante" I said and drink my beer "yung tipong kapag hindi kami okay ang sakit sakit sa pakiramdam. Sobrang importante na gusto kong magsorry ng ilang beses para lang maging okay kami"

Melody just chuckled "corny okay, please stop"

"Timo ka, you asked me that question tapos ganyan rereply mo"

"Because nakakasuka marinig, feeling ko tumayo lahat ng balahibo ko sa sinabi mo"

"Baliw ka" I replied and we both laughed

"Baka nga baliw na ako, for letting someone go" she said and I looked at her

"What do you mean?"

"I let Chian go, so you better hurry up. Hindi naman kita binibigyan ng deadline para makuha siya but if I see na wala kang ginagawang effort para sa kanya, babawiin ko siya"

We both laughed

"Hindi mo na siya mababawi" I said and she smiled

"Cheers?" Melody asked and raised her beer can

"Cheers" I replied and toast my beer can to hers

She let Chian go?

I cannot believe this

I just hope we'll stay friends right after this moment

I like Melody. I like her to be my friend, I hope ganun rin siya sa akin. Sayang naman yung mga naging kwentuhan namin if we'll just throw away the friendship

"I have another question though" Melody said

"Uhm, drop it"

"What if Chian asked you to be his girlfriend, anong sasagot mo?"

"Yes" I chuckled "wala naman akong iba pang sasagot e. Siya lang rin naman hinihintay ko"

"I see" she replied and she smiled

I looked at her and nodded

We toast our beer cans again then suddenly, we can see that Shiila and Paul are walking towards us

"and for the record.." Melody said and I looked at her "hindi naman kami sabay nagbreakfast kanina, technically, nauna ako tapos hinintay ko lang siya" she added then I just chuckled

"Ano pinaguusapan niyo? Ano yan ha?" Shiila asked the moment na she arrived sa garden

Ang ingay agad ng garden, grabe

"Shiila, stop drinking already" I said

"I'll just have one last can" she replied

"Ewan ko sayo" I replied

And everyone laughed

Me and Chian looked at each other and smiled
