It's only been a three months since the humans heard that the monsters had moved aboveground, and yet relations were worse than the war.

With these "devout Christians" running amok, yelling about how they look like "furries" and demons, it's been hard to even look at a human without being yelled at, aside from a few.

Though many of the "LGBTQ+" seemed accepting, even some of them didn't accept the monsters, and wouldn't even go near their town.

And the "furries"... The monsters didn't know how to feel about them, and vice-versa. But at least they were a little friendly, to some extent.

Still, that didn't help much. They clashed with monster hate groups, and human supremacists, almost daily.

Humans who did take their side, like Lex, Soda and Frisk, were called traitors and freaks. They were treated even worse. Some couldn't even leave home, if they had one anymore.

Today was the worst it's ever been.

You see, Toriel had been running a house for the homeless in their new little town. It was mostly filled with human supporters with no where else to go, but there were some monsters too. Frisk, Tomi, and quite a few others with no other jobs helped her when they had the time.

One of the humans, a teenage run away named Aestivius, seemed rather... sketchy. He was always tired, silent, secretive, and was always up at odd hours during the night.

Today, however, he was a little... Too quiet. He watched everyone come and go silently, as if he was trying to time something, as he sat in his usual spot in fetal position.
