TIME SKIP: Dismissal
JIMIN'S POV
When the last bell of the day rings everyone stood up and fix their stuffs as the teacher left our classroom, while Seulgi was busy with her stuffs I called out to Hyejin to come close to me and Sungwoon. Once she walked to us I talked to the two of them
"I'll see you guys tomorrow at the park, 9:00 am I guess, bring some things if you can" I said and the two of them nodded
"I'll see what I can bring" Hyejin said and smiled at her
"Even if you won't bring anything I am fine with it you're a big help already, but you bring as much as you can you're no help" I said looking at Sungwoon
"Hey, if it was not for me you and Hyejin won't talk and help out each other at all" Sungwoon said but I covered his mouth
"Quiet down, you're going to get us caught" I said and he nods before removing my hands from his mouth
"Jimin?" I heard Seulgi called out so I looked at her
"Why?" I asked
"Let's go" she said and I nodded
"Wait a second" I said and she nods
"Tomorrow, nine at the park got it?" I asked and they put a thumb up
"Good luck" Hyejin whispered and I smiled
"Thank you" I said and she smiled back
I get my bag and put it in my back before walking to Seulgi that is at the door
The two of us, walked side by side outside the school campus until we pass by a mart, she looked at me and I looked at her
"You thinking what I'm thinking?" she asked and I nod
"Food" the both of us said before smiling at each other
"Come on let's go" she said before dragging me inside, we looked for where are the drinks located and went there
"What do you like?" she asked, you I like you
"Banana Milk" I said and she nods
"Let's grab four, and don't worry my treat" she said and I just let her be, she's as stubborn as me so I can't stop her even if I want to
We walked to the snacks area and grab some honey butter chips, one for each on us
Once we are done we head to the counter and check out. After that, we went back to walking but this time with food and drinks in hand, the two of us drink our banana milk through the way with some conversations and things we haven't told each other since the day we stopped going home together.
While walking Seulgi suddenly squealed so I looked at her
"Is something wrong?" I asked but she just pointed to nowhere
"What? I can't see" I said and she put down the banana milk
"A kitty!" she said before running towards it, I just walked behind her and let her be
As she played with the kitty I can't help but smile at how cute she is, to be honest I can let her play with that cat and stand here for as long as she want just so I can see her having fun.
Seulgi looked at me with a big smile plastered on her face before asking "Isn't she cute?"
I smiled at her and nod "Indeed" I said
She went back to playing with the cat and luckily the cat is really calm and means no harm
Seulgi and the cat just played there for more like 30 minutes until they got tired, Seulgi stood up before looking at me with an apologetic look
"Sorry I totally loss track of the time, let's go home" she said but I just smiled at her
"It's fine as long as you're happy" I said and she pouted
"Aww my best friend is so sweet" she said before placing her arms around my shoulder, even though she was struggling with it
I am taller than Seulgi that's why she can't reach that much but even though I have to bend down for her to reach my shoulders it's fine, its fine if that what makes her happy
We continued our tracks and walked back home, the time indeed went by so fast cause it's not been minutes when we arrived back home, Seulgi's house was just five blocks away from our house which means she's always the first one to go home between the two of us
She lossen her arms that were around my shoulder before turning to face me
"Well it's my house now, I'll head inside now" she said but before I can even forget I called out to her as I took out the shopping bags out of my bag
"Seulgi-ah!" I yelled and she stooped from her tracks, she looked at me again as I went closer to her
"Here, this is for you" I said giving her the shopping bags
"Oh what's this?" she asked before opening the two shopping bags, she looked at them then me
"How did you know" she said as tears began to form
"Wait are you going to cry? Do you hate it?" I asked but she shook her head before smiling
"No I love it! But how did you know?" she asked again but I just smiled at her
"I don't know, I just felt like you will love them" I said and she hugged me
"Thank you very much, you even bought a watch, you don't have too" she said
"And besides it was not my birthday anyway" she added before breaking the hug
"You don't need to wait for a birthday to give or receive a gift" I said and she chuckled
"I don't know where you got your wise words but you're right" she replied
"Thank you again for this, Bye Jimin!" she said and with that she entered their house.
I walked my way to my house and once I entered, I plop down the sofa before trying to reminiscence how happy Seulgi looked like a while ago
"I have to thank Hyejin later" I told myself before proceeding to my room.
