TIME SKIP: The next Day (Monday)
JIMIN'S POV
The Next day when I got out of the house, I saw Seulgi who was also departing from their house. She saw me and smiled, I went to her and like we usually do, we walked to school together.
While walking, I remembered what I told Hyejin yesterday and I want to discuss it with Seulgi before it could get worst
"Hey Seulgi" I called out and she hum in response
"So yesterday, Hyejin asked me what happened" I started
"Okay, what did you tell her?" she asked
"Well I sort of told her that you allowed me to court you, uh can you cover up for me, you know I am not ready to tell her what I really feel right?" I explained while scratching the back of my nape
Seulgi just smiled at me before saying "I understand you, I'll cover up for you as much as I can, and didn't I start covering up for you since yesterday? Don't worry" she said assuring me that she'll help and grant her promise yesterday
I just gave her a smile before we continued to walk, as we got close to the school, we saw the mart we stopped by last time, I look at Seulgi and she seemed to read my mind
"Let's go there first" she said and I nod in approval
We entered the mart and immediately we separated ways, I went to the drink section and searched for some milk, I grabbed one for myself which is banana flavor and was about to leave when I saw a strawberry flavored one. I went back to where I was standing and grab the strawberry flavored one too.
After my business I went around to find Seulgi who was in the sweets area, I went next to her and she looked at what I have in hand
"I didn't knew you like strawberry too" she said but I shook my head
"It's not for me" I told her and she seem to get the idea
"Well I knew someone who likes that more than anyone, how did you know Hyejin likes strawberries?" she asked but I also don't know why, just the fact that I gave her strawberry ice cream last time
"Actually I didn't know, but I gave her a strawberry ice cream last time and she seem to like it very much, so I think to myself that maybe she love strawberries" I explained and she smiled before nudging my arms
"Lucky guess I see, you are to the next level my friend, keep it up" she teased and I chuckled
"I'll take to whatever level there is just for your Best friend" I said and she put a thumb up
"I am totally in your side on this one" she said and I was confused
"What do you mean my side? Are there any other else?" I asked and she shrugs
"I don't know but what do we know? Maybe there will be in the future" she said before wriggling her eyebrows
"Aish stop it, you're making nervous" I said and she laughed
"I am just joking! Come on I already got the things I need let's go check out" she said before we went to the counter
After paying for the foods we bought, we went back on our way to school. Once we enter our classroom, I looked at Seulgi and she gave me a nod meaning that she knows what to do.
I went directly to Hyejin who was reading a book again and placed the Strawberry milk on her desk. She looked at me and smiled
"Jimin-ah, what's this?" she asked and I smiled back
"Nothing, just drink it" I said but Seulgi fake a cough, I looked over to her and she looks like she was trying to stop herself from fan girling
"Oh Seulgi, you're here..... Too" Hyejin said looking at Seulgi who was smiling
"Ah yeah" she said before taking a seat at her chair
"So I heard that you let Jimin to court you" Sungwoon said out of the blue and I sensed that Hyejin was sad?
"Oh that too, well yeah" Seulgi said trying to make it sound real
"Where did you hear that?" I asked him
"Well Hyejin told me" he replied and I just nodded
"Well, I mean he helped with the set up so I think he deserved to know this" Hyejin explained but it was fine to me, as long as it was her I'll be fine with it
"Don't worry, you're right anyway" I said before making an eye contact with her, May god save me
"I would like to excuse myself first" Seulgi said before standing up and happily march out of the room
Moments later I received a text from her
SEULGI
Seulgi:
Dear best friend, I went out of the room to stop myself from squealing, you two are so cute that I might have screamed a while ago and I would like to tell you that this cover up is getting a lot harder with that cuteness, if you want to see me die early then this is the exact weapon to do so, I even conducted a ship name already 'MinHye' or 'HyeJi' fight me, but it's so beautiful...
Jimin:
You are in a very different level, I see
As I texted her back I can't help but to smile and take glances at Hyejin who went back to reading just seconds ago. I put my phone back at my pocket and went back in my seat, just in time Seulgi returned to the room with a big smile plastered in her face. She can be a crack head sometimes too....
This was just the first day that I totally admitted that I like Hyejin but my feelings was so strong already, unlike when it was Seulgi I felt like everything is normal, but when it's Hyejin everything feel special.
Maybe this is it, this is my first step to true love
