Shen Wei finally found Da Qing roaming around near Zhao Yunlan's house.

"Da Qing, where have you been all night? I thought you were going to show me where he lives!" Shen Wei said to the cat.

As he spoke to it the plump cat transformed back into human form and a freckled boy was left standing there.

"Shen Wei I couldn't help it, there were gangsters trying to attack Zhao Yunlan from Xue Yang's gang! And then when we finally made it in safely, your brother, Ye Zun was sitting on the couch! I don't know about this Shen Wei, but I have a feeling that Ye Zun is part of their gang." Da Qing rambled on sighing deeply, completely unaware of the shock and terror on Shen Wei's face. "Why did master have to be reborn as a gangster, it's making my job so hard, I just want to relax and eat fish, I'm so old, when can this poor soul retire? Zhao Ruo Nan won't even talk to me these days, she says I should do my job and not make it obvious, but sometimes I just want some friendly company. Would it be the end of the world if I told Kunlan who he is?"

Shen Wei shook the boy to make him stop blabbering.

"DA QING! What do you mean Ye Zun is on Zhao Yunlan's couch?!?!?!?" Shen Wei was so distressed he continued to shake the young boy, completely out of character.

His twin brother could harm Zhao Yunlan!!!!

"Ah yes, but please Shen Wei stop shaking this poor innocent boy! Ye Zun is with Yunlan right now actually, I think he's sleeping though, you might want to come back once he wakes up. Actually, you could wake him up it's nearly time for him to get up for school. This poor cat is tired of waking up so early every day to get him to school, maybe Shen Wei can talk to Zhao Rou Nan and ask her if you can do it..."

Shen Wei pulled his arm, "Take me to him RIGHT NOW!"

"Oh, sure. Right through this gate, follow me." They both easily jumped over the fence. As they walked towards his house, Da Qing wouldn't shut up.

"Shen Wei, we have missed you. I think Zhao Yunlan misses you as well, sometimes in the night I hear him mumbling things about sugar cubes, but that can just be his stomach. Zhao Ruo Nan has been trying to get this boys attention, I'm sure she's going to be unhappy your back," Da Qing giggled, "you haven't told her yet have you? I kept it a secret from her since I didn't know if you wanted to. Da Qing is a master of keeping secrets!" They reached the broken door. Shen Wei without wasting a second, climbed in through the window.

He froze the second his feet touched the floor and saw Ye Zun holding Zhao Yunlan's face in his lap, carefully brushing his hair back tenderly. He was looking straight at Shen Wei now, a finger on his lips.

"Whisper!" He said in a hushed tone, "let's not wake him."

Shen Wei's pupils enlarged. How dare his brother touch his wife and then tell him to be quiet as if he was his husband!!! He rushed forward and grabbed Ye Zun's arm.

"Stop!" His voice was forceful, yet hushed. "Ye..Zun... Take your hands off him!"

"Why? Are you worried I might hurt him? Don't you worry about that brother, have I ever tried to physically harm him?" Ye Zun shook his hand out of Shen Wei's grasp and continued to stroke Zhao Yunlan's peaceful face.

"Yes," hissed Shen Wei, "you have tried to hurt him!" He angrily spat.

Ye Zun gave a low laugh.

"Your right brother, hahah, but times have changed, haven't they? We're all returning and circumstances are different. I'm not here to hurt anyone." Inside Ye Zun hurt deeply. He wanted to fall at his brothers feet and beg him for forgiveness for all the years and tell him that he just wants them to be together as brothers again. But years of hurt cannot be instantly forgotten, and Ye Zun didn't know how to plead anymore. Besides, perhaps they were still rivals, before in war but now in love.
