Chapter 36

Shen Wei and Yunlan sat under stars in the back of Yunlan's basement. They had a small blanket underneath them and their bodies were close together as they sat looking at the stars.

It was Shen Wei's idea.

Ever since he had woken up, Zhao Yunlan appeared to have something heavy in his heart, although he still smiled and joked around, his words and actions were the same as he had always been, albeit slightly weaker due to the trauma from injury. But Shen Wei could tell that something was bothering him beyond that, the way his eyes searched him when he saw him would make his soul ache. He wished he could divulge who he was, wake up Kunlan who was this beautiful boy. Who was this beautiful boy. But at the same time, he knew the risks of doing something like that, he would have to wait until he knew himself.

Hadn't Yunlan told him when he woke up from his coma that he would always come back from him? Maybe it was his imagination that he had remembered him. Nevertheless, Yunlan was definitely weighed down by something.

"Shen Wei!"

Kunlan kissed his earlobe and gently pulled him back onto the rock behind them, leaning against it like a pillow. The grass was soft and slightly wet underneath them, but Shen Wei didn't mind. Kunlan continued to kiss the side of his face until he turned towards him and awarded him all the attention he wanted.

"Yes Kunlan," Shen Wei replied shyly. He was still new to Kunlan's ways of turning him into a hot mess, only recently had he actually confessed to him. By mistake no less.

He had badly stumbled when reporting back to The Mountain God, his report so jumbled from his nerves that Kunlan had gotten up and wrapped his arms around his shoulders.

"Shen Wei, what's wrong?" He had asked sincerely, he voice so smooth and silky, it wrapped Shen Wei up and made him feel dizzy.

"I...when you...I..." He had stumbled badly for words, all sense leaving him as Kunlan drew his body nearer.

"Ah Shen Wei, are so beautiful when you blush like this," Kunlan had pressed his lips to his forehead, making him moan and eyes tear.

There was no holding back that night. They took each others virginties, in a field of wet flowers underneath the bright stars, he had layed his master down, kissing his seductive lips and trailing down his body. He had dreamed for so long of being Kunlan's everything, his soul ached as he let Kunlan bite his nipple's and pull on the hair in his groin. He twisted their bodies around and prepared Kunlan's tight hole before entering him.

Being inside Kunlan was better than he had ever dreamed of. The way Kunlan moaned as his fingers dug into his back and the way his body shook when he hit his sweet spot made them both spill over instantly.

All night they rolled in the wet feild, their bodies and souls claiming each other until dawn. Protectively he had wrapped Kunlan up in his robes, entering his private room for the first time to lay him on his bed.

"Stay," Kunlan had commanded him sleepily and Shen Wei sat by his bedside the whole night, lovingly gazing into his master's face.

From that night onwards, Kunlan and him would sit under the stars, pointing to the future and dreaming about the forever they would have together.

Shen Wei returned to the present and his turned his gaze back to his beloved besides him, only then noticing the watery appearance in his eyes and they fixed upon the stars.

"Yunlan," he ventured carefully, his heart breaking as Yunlan turned to him with pain in his eyes.

"Talk to me baby, where does it hurt?" He took Yunlan's head and rested it gently on his folded lap, brushing his face gently. When Yunlan finally spoke, his voice was uncharacteristically quiet and serious.
