Chaptet 27~She what?!?

•A few days later•

8:25 PM

None of the losers expected to see Henry Bowers at their front door, panic clear on his face. He asked if they had seen Y/n, when they answered, more panic spread across his face.

"Why?"

They would ask him, he told them, he broke some news to her and she ran off, this shocked them more, she wasn't one to do that. None of them would have expected to see that, or to be gathered up in the park, forming a search party, for a run away girl

I mean, why would she....Y/N Bowers....run off because of something?

~ Earlier 11:19 AM ~

Mike's POV~

I just finished refilling the food and cleaning up a couple pens for the sheep. I walked back inside the house and went to my room, sitting on my bed and leaning back.

"Mike!"

I walked downstairs and he pointed to  the front door. I answered it and there was Richie, his bike leaned on its stand.

"You coming with us today?"

I nodded and went to grab my bike, shouting to my grandpa where I would be going. I closed the door and hoped on my bike, me and Richie rode to the quarry where the others were. Everyone was there expect Bill and Y/n. We changed as we waited, and eventually they came.

No ones POV~

They stood at the cliff, waiting to see who would go first.

"We aren't doing this again"

Beverly protested

Y/n laughed at her red haired friend before getting a running start. She leaped forward, falling and crashing into the water below. They all jumped one by one or two by two after she jumped in. The losers, well, minus Ben who was out of town but would be coming back later tonight, played for hours, laughing, shouting, swimming, and more.

"My glasses guys, I can't find them"

"Are you serious Richie?"

Stan asked as he rubbed his eyes

"Yes I'm serious"

They laughed and drove under, searching. Y/n opened her eyes once she adjusted to the cool water and found Bill staring at her, she laughed, but it was muffled by the water. They shot back up when they saw Mike and Delilah come up.

"I found them"

Delilah said waving them in the air, she handed them to Richie who wiped them off and placed them on a rock. They played for another hour before slowing making their way to dry off.

"Y-Y/N"

"Yeah?"

She asked as she faces Bill, who swam towards her. He didn't say anything, instead he let his actions talk and he kissed her. She immediately wrapped her arms around his neck, him pulling her body against his. They both pulled away, pink on each of their cheeks, as they heard the others yell.

"GET SUM BILL!!"

Richie yelled as they looked at them. They swam over to where they were and dried off with them.

"I should head home, Henry said he wanted to talk to me about some things"

Y/n said as she slid her shoes on and tied her hair up.

"Bye losers"

She smirked as she turned and started walking away

"Ya know, you're a loser too you dork!"

Stan yelled after her

"And I'm good with that Stanley!"

The walk home for the girl was short and quiet, almost calming. She didn't think about much as she approached her house, other than whatever it was Henry had to talk to her about. She pulled her key from her bag and unlocked the front door. Stepping inside, she placed her bag by the wall and shut the door behind her.

"Henry? I'm home"

She called out

~At the quarry, 12:46 PM~

"W-we should p-p-probably go h-home"

Bill said as they finished up talking

They nodded in agreement and all left, heading in different directions.

Beverly's POV~

~2:59 PM~

I closed my drawer to my dresser and sighed in relief. I organized my room because I was bored and finally finished. It looks a lot neater if I'm being honest. I walked downstairs, living alone isn't all that bad. I made myself some dinner for later, and then went into the living room, turning on the TV and sitting on the couch.

If I had known how crazy later tonight would be, I wouldn't have been so calm right now....
