Chapter 5-Clowns & Karaoke(pt.2)

A/N-I wanted to make sure I got Bill's part down right that I had to re-watch the scene and follow it while writing I even did that with the others best I could😂 Also I haven't decided if Patrick will "go missing" like in the movie but as of right now he won't be I haven't fully decided though

Bill's POV~
Is going over to Richie's really worth it? What if we play a game and someone has to confess feelings, or something stupid like that? Everyone in the group knew I had a crush on y/n and they kept telling me she liked me too but why would she? I'm just a stuttering loser, plus she's Henry sister, she would go for someone in the gang or someone better, not a stuttering loser like me...I went up to my room and started packing things for tonight and for the next day. I saw Georgie's bedroom light turn on, no one's home...how is it on? I walked into the room and picked up a toy of his, I miss him so much I heard something and looked up, a boy in a yellow raincoat ran passed. Georgie? The toy fell out of my hands and hit the ground, breaking on impact. I slowly walked to the kitchen where the basement door was open and there was a dim light coming through. "H-hello?" I said walking down the stairs, I was halfway down the stairs and looked around. Georgie was standing there. The water in the basement was up to his knees, "I'm sorry Bill, I lost it, don't be mad" He said looking at me. "I-I'm not m-m-mad at y-you", I could feel tears form but I blinked them back. "It just floated off" What's happening, is this even real? "But Bill....if you'll come with me...You'll float too, you'll float too, you'll float too, YOU'LL FLOAT TOO, YOU'LL FLOAT TOO" His voice got deeper by the second, first normal, then some giggles, now deep. "YOU'LL FLOAT TOO, YOU'LL FLOAT TOO, YOU'LL FLOAT TOO" Something came up from under the water and stayed there for a minute. He kept saying the same words, he's stuck in a chant basically. All of a sudden this clown came up and pushed him down then ran over to me, it's head shaking. I ran upstairs and slammed the door, catching my breath. Jesus Christ

Y/N's POV~
I was at my house putting stuff in my bag that I would need. I couldn't wait to hang with the Losers but I was also nervous, I swear if we play Truth or Dare I'll kill them Of course Henry, Patrick, Belch, and Vic weren't at the house. I knew they were all hanging out and since my dad was still gone, I doubt he'll come back I just left a note for Henry, saying where I was going and what the number was. I heard something from outside and opened the door and stepped onto the porch making sure the door was wide open but I had my key, just in case. In the middle of the side walk, I saw Henry. He looked at me before saying "Y/n, this is the end for me, I never really loved you or cared, who would care about you? Have fun by yourself you slut" He didn't mean that...did he? No he wouldn't, I hope not. "Henry? Stop! No please no" I pleaded, tears slowly made their way down my face. What's happening? Is this even real? He walked over to the street and raised a gun. "HENRY!" I shouted, loud sobs causing my voice to break as I did so. But it was to late I heard the click and then....BAM. He fired the gun and fell to the ground. "NO! H-HENRY!" My voice broke, I didn't understand what just happened. Why? What am I gonna do now? I was gonna walk over to his body before it started shaking. "What the fuck" I mumbled, this clown like thing came up from his body and he was no longer there. The clown looked me dead in the eye and said "I'll go see your b-b-bill next" and then he was gone. I was breathing fast and my heart was pounding. I walked inside and went back upstairs to get my stuff then headed to Richie's.

~At Richie's house~

I walked in and everyone else did too. Delilah wasn't there yet but she would be coming. "G-guys we n-n-need to talk" Bill said shaking a little. We all went around and shared what happened, it all ended up with us seeing a clown or we think it was at least. Beverly looked at us and said "You guys, I believe you but I haven't seen anything yet", "Just be careful Bev, you don't know when it might show for you" Ben said pulling her into a hug. "Can only virgins see this shit, is that why I can't see anything?" Richie spoke loudly. Eddie nudged Richie "oww". I turned to Bev and said "How did you convince your dad to let you come?" Only me and Delilah knew about her dad and what he did. She sighed and laughed a little while saying "He left town for a few days so I just left" She walked over to Ben and Mike to talk to them. I sat on the couch, tears falling from my eyes. Where is Henry? Is he okay? Bill sat next to me and said "Hey it's o-okay, I'm s-s-sure Henry's f-fine", I gave a small smile but said "I'm just worried" I left out the part on the clown saying he would go after Bill, I couldn't bring myself to say anything. Delilah walked in with tears streaming down her cheeks. Her eyes were red and puffy. Me and Bev rushed to her side "What happened? Did you see a clown too?" Bev asked rubbing her back. Delilah shook and stared at Stan. Then she spoke up, "He called me names and broke up with me, then walked away laughing, there was a clown in the street but it was Stan who broke up with me before walking away, minutes later I saw the clown" We all stared at Stan who stood up and said "Delilah I never did, I was at the church before coming here. I would never, I love you too much to hurt you" He walked over and wrapped her in his arms. Bill stood up and said "T-this t-thing uses our w-weaknesses a-a-and f-fears against us" I looked down knowing he was right, heck we all knew he was. My brother, something I feared losing, especially with dad around but Bill was another fear and weakness, if he was hurt i'd be hurt but I live in fear he'll leave me or never like me Eddie took 3 puffs of his inhaler before saying "Guys let's just remain calm and have some fun tonight okay? We'll meet up tomorrow or in a few days at Bill's?" We all nodded. Stan was still comforting Delilah. He kissed her head and held her tight. Richie stood up and said "WHEEZY GET UP HERE WE'RE SINGING TOGETHER FIRST!!!" Eddie rolled his eyes before standing up.

Beverly's POV~
This was all just crazy, I'm gonna be really careful in case something happens. I'm glad to have the friends I have, the Losers are everything to me, but I only trust Delilah and y/n with the stuff about my dad as of right now. Richie went and picked the song and grabbed the lyrics for him and Eddie to sing. They need to admit they like each other already, we all know they like each other. Richie stepped out with the song "Love is an open door" From Frozen (I know it's not 80's but some things won't be so please just go with it and if you have an issue with it or any of the things of songs then you don't have read that chapter). Eddie rolled his eyes and they started singing. "LOVE IS AN OPEN DOORRRRRR" Richie sang loudly and off key. "LIFE COULD BE SO MUCH MORE" Eddie sang, his face was turning red. I looked around the room as they sang. We all were just hanging out. This is nice, this is just great, you don't get to many nights like this where you and your friends can be yourselves, even after hell just happened. I noticed how everyone sat. Ben was next to me and Delilah and Stan were on the other side of us. Richie sat on the floor near a chair Eddie was sitting on. Mike sat with Richie while, Y/n and Bill were sitting on the other couch together she could make a move tonight if she wanted too. Richie and Eddie finished up and we all laughed and cheered for them. I decided to get y/n up there to sing, me, Delilah, Eddie, Mike, and Stan knew she could sing and her voice was beautiful, we've heard it before. "Y/n! Why don't you go next! It'll be fun, if you pick a duet one of us can do the song with you"

Y/N's POV~
This was just amazing, it was nice to be with everyone. Bill and me sat together on the couch, should I tell him? What, no that would be stupid he would hate me! Beverly stood up and said that I should go, I hated my voice. I sighed and shuffled out of the room to pick a song. Delilah came with me and saw what I looked up. "I know the whole rap part! If you do the main parts I'll do the rapping parts" I sighed and said "Fine, but if they laugh me I swear-" Before I could finish Delilah pulled me into the room with them and the music started playing. I sighed and read the first words. "I love you and I, need you...." I sang and saw all eyes on me. I could feel my face turn red but ignored it when I got a reassuring smile from Bev and Mike. We continued on and Delilah nailed the rapping part. "But that's ok cause I, wait for my cue and just listen...." Finally the song ended a couple minutes later. I looked down and heard clapping and cheers from around, I blushed and looked at Delilah. She swung her around me and said "We're gonna play truth or dare so be warned" Then we walked back to our seats. She smirked and me and I knew I was in for a long night.

Richie's POV~
I loved having the gang over and since my parents were barely around, why not invite them to hang out? Karaoke was fun as fuck and now we're gonna play truth or dare, me and Eddie were planning on telling them that we started dating about 4 days ago. Hopefully they don't mind, everyone's main plan tonight is to set up y/n and Bill, but also to make sure that we solve this clown thing in a few days. We sat in a circle but just as we did, the phone rang. I sat up and went to grab it. "Hello? Richie speaking" I said with a smirk on my face. "Richie? Is y/n there? It's Victor" I put the phone down and yelled "Y/N PHONE CALL FOR YOU!!!! IT'S VICTOR" I heard mumbles before she came into the kitchen, I walked out so she could talk to him. We all talked and about 2 minutes later, she came into the room we were and joined the circle. Then we started playing.

Y/N's POV~
Why was Victor calling for me? How'd he even find Richie's number? "H-hello" I said. "Y/n! Thank god, we didn't know where you were, we drove around town and everything" I sighed and said "I left a note at home for....Henry....", "We ended up at Belch's house so that's why we didn't see any note" I laughed a little, "Is my brother okay? Are you guys? What the hell did you even go do?" I questioned with concern in my voice. He explained everything and said Henry would be at my house when I got back the next day. I hung up and joined the circle. "Eddie truth or dare" Stan asked. "Um...truth?" Eddie said almost as if he was asking. "Admit your feelings toward Richie", Eddie stood up and took a puff of his inhaler. "Me and Richie started dating 4 days ago, I hope you guys aren't mad" We all started to cheer and clap. Eddie walked up to Richie, Richie pulled Eddie in and smashed his lips against his. We all clapped and cheered as they did so. We all called it. Eddie smirked and said "I'll let Delilah ask the next question" Delilah smiled and then smirked at me. "Y/n truth or dare?" She asked innocently. "Dare" I said. "I dare you to expose who you life" Everyone smirked knowing the answer, expect Bill, who was right across from me. Oh fuck.
