Malekith looks down at Thor's back—he's laying down as he tries to get up, "Look at me." Malekith nudges Thor with his foot and Thor rolls to his back with difficulty.

Malekith sees Thor's amputee hand and stares him down as he raises one arm up towards Jane and Evelyn who starts levitating into the air.

Loki and Thor watch as Malekith looks back at the two women and just like when they first got the Aether (From Chapters 4&5) and in their vision/reality; Evelyn's and Jane's emotionless eyes—covered black, stares blankly forward.

Malekith's force leans them up, their heads tilted back, spreading their arms up and out to their sides, mouths open as if in pain but making no sound, wind blowing their hair back as Malekith draws the Aether out from Jane and Evelyn.

Jane and Evelyn sees a vision of Earth turning black and the darkness spreads throughout the universe.

Jane's and Evelyn's eyes turn back to normal, Malekith twists his hand a bit, making the girls drop to the ground when the Aether leaves their bodies.

The Aether temporarily hovers in the air between them before Malekith can take it within. Thor shouts, "Loki! Sue! Now!"

An arrow suddenly hits a Dark Elf, the others look up to see Sue alive and well kneeling at the edge of the cliff, she smirks and waves tauntingly at them before she magically disappears and the real Sue appears closer to them and hits another Dark Elf down before shielding herself over Jane, all happening as Loki holds his right hand out and magics away the layer on Thor, revealing his hand and full armour.

Loki then leaps over to Evelyn, shielding her as Thor holds his hand and calls the Mjölnir and calls upon the lightening in his hammer. Thor using all his strength and powers, lifts his hammer and striking the Aether with the lightening.

Evelyn a little disoriented looks up to see Thor using his lightening at the Aether which suddenly explodes destroyed in mid-air.

Thor stands up, panting as the smoke clears, Sue stands up and looks around as suddenly red pieces of the Aether start to float up. Thor, Sue, Jane, Loki and Evelyn watch as Malekith draws the pieces of the Aether into him, screaming as it hits him hard while it goes into him.

Once the Aether is fully inside Malekith who head is faced down, he slowly lifts his head up, opening his eyes to reveal the Aether red within the irises.

Malekith gives Kurse/Algrim a look before he starts to depart to his ship, Kurse/Algrim lets out a grunt before he turns around and follows Malekith, the other 8 Dark Elves start to march towards the five. Thor then starts to follow after Malekith hitting 3 Dark Elves one by one to the side.

Kurse/Algrim then stops, grabbing a black-hole grenade from his belt, he activates it, throwing it towards them.

Loki quickly pushes Evelyn as he shouts, "Sue!" Sue turns her head, her eyes changing to golden-yellow and she quickly pushes Jane, both girls falling down, out of range as the grenade explodes mid-air creating a blue-energy, starting to suck up Loki and Sue who both didn't jump out of the way before it exploded, the bomb slowly sucking them up and they grab each other, accepting their fate.

Suddenly, Loki and Sue get grabbed by Thor, tackling them out of the way before they got sucked up into miniature black-hole and disappearing completely.

Loki still holding onto Sue tightly in his arms as they land on the ground, breathing heavily. The former couple looking at Thor gratefully, before they share a look and nod. Loki let's go of Sue and the three stand up, ready to fight, looking out to see Malekith nearing his ship.
