Chapter 18

"Knock knock knock"

Sonia opened the door to reveal Mike and Bill, at the doorstep. The other losers at the side of the house.

"What is it now?!"

"We were just wondering where Eddie is."

"I told you kids! He. Is. Not. Here."

"T-then w-where i-is h-he?" Bill questioned, raising an eyebrow.

She sighed, "I don't know! I expect you kids to find my Eddie!"

Eddie tried untying the rope on his wrists, when he heard the talking from upstairs. His eyes widened when he recognized the voices Bill and Mike.

The losers were out looking for him, trying to find a way to get in. You could see the window to the basement outside, it was now barely covered. Eddie saw 4 pairs of shoes through the window, his heart raced. He tried his best to hear who they were.

Richie and Stan.

Eddie immediately started shaking banging his wrists on the pole, he started yelling. But with the duct tape on his mouth, it was muffled screaming.

"He has to be here Stan!"

"How can you be so sure?"

They heard the noises in the basement, and Richie's heart stopped. He knelt down and looked through the window.

"EDDIE!!!!" Richie yelled, Stan was in shock.

"Holy shit!"

He began to cry, and Eddie noticed them coming for him. He felt relieved, he was finally gonna get out of here. Hopefully.

Richie kicked the window multiple times before it shattered. The two scrambled through the tight window.

"EDDIE!!!" He cried, running to him. He stopped in his tracks to look at his boyfriend. He quickly ripped off the duct tape off his face, and held him. Stanley began untying the rope.

"R-Rich?!?! I-is t-that r-really you?!" He cried.

Tears flew down his cheeks, "It's me E-Ed's, I'm here."

"H-how long have I b-been down h-here?"

"Too long.."

The rope came undone and Eddie jumped into his arms. Richie held him tight like he never did before.

"Oh, Ed's." He cried.

"Rich we need to go!" Stanley yelled; They heard Sonia's footsteps.

"Richie!!!" A voice called from outside, telling them to hurry. He picked Eddie up, but he fell back down. Richie looked at him, he felt as if he was being stabbed constantly in the chest. He shook it off and carried Eddie bridal style to the window. Sonia then barged in the room, her eyes practically popping out of her head as she saw the three trying to escape.

She ran towards Eddie, his eyes widened in fear. He shut his eyes then heard a loud bang.

He opened his eyes and his mother was lying on the floor passed out. Richie breathing heavily, held a metal pole in his hand.

He looked up at the two, "Ding dong the bitch is dead."

"She's not dead! Now's not the time for your jokes Rich, let's go!" Stan complained helping Eddie through the window.
