Evillustrator looked up and saw Marc, standing by the doorway. Then he realized Chole was ready to strike, so he acted fast. He grabbed hold of the weapon and threw it out of the way. Then he took the magic pen from the glass jar, while Chole retrieved her weapon. Once she did, she pushed Evillustrator out into the balcony, almost making him drop the pen. She was raising the sword high, looking like she was about to attack, when Evillustrator moved out of the way and hid in the shadows. Chole moved around, searching for the Akuma and hitting every statue in sight out of frustration.

Evillustrator, still out of her sight, had drew a sword of his own, which immediately came to life. Then he pounced from his hiding spot and was about to hit the village heiress, if she had not pulled out the spear. The two fought for a while, until Evillustrator used his sword to fling Chole's spear off the balcony. He then took a few steps away from the girl, which surprised Chole until she saw him drawing on his tablet.

"No, please," Chole pleaded, realizing what he was planning. "I'll do anything, just please don't do this."

He looked at his completed sketch of the balcony, and was about to erase it all away. Marc, who had watching the ordeal helplessly, ran over to them.

"No, stop!" He called out, standing between Chole and Evillustrator. "Nath, wait, there is no need to do this. I'm right here."

Evillustrator saw the look of concern and desperation on Marc's face, and pulled his pen away. He glared at the blond-haired girl, who was trembling on the ground, and dropped his sword.

"Leave," Evillustrator ordered her. "Leave and don't return."

Chole nodded, but did not get off the ground. Evillustrator could not care, the green-eyed boy who he had thought was gone was finally back. The redhead turned to him and gave him a soft smile.

Evillustrator whispered, "You came back."

"I had to," Marc replied, returning the smile.

Upon hearing strange noises, the village mob, who were chased out, looked up and watched the fight. The other Akumas and Marinette made their way upstairs to make sure Evillustrator and Marc were alright, only to find the two said boys were leading into each other. This was it, Evillustrator has at last learnt to love and the curse will be broken. As everyone was distracted, Chole took Evillustrator's sword and looked to strike Marc from behind. If she could not have him, no one can.

When Evillustrator noticed the girl, armed with his sword and about to hit Marc, he pushed him out of the way. So instead Marc, the sword hit Evillustrator in the chest. But as it did, the pen swiped across Evillustrator tablet, erasing the part of the balcony she was standing on. Chole plummeted down and fell into the outside bushes, she wasn't severely injured but she was dirty and her clothes were damaged. On top of that, the villagers, who had just saw what she tried to do, all glared at her and left, except for Sabrina, who helped her up.

Meanwhile, on top of the castle, Evillustrator collapsed onto the ground in pain. Marc pulled him onto his lap, placing a hand on his cheek. Evillustrator looked at him with teary eyes and smiled lightly. The magic pen on the ground was beginning to fade its glow.

"If I'm going like this," Evillustrator told Marc. "At least I'm going in your arms."

Marc looked at him with slight annoyance and desperation, "Please don't go, I love you."

When the faded glow of the magic pen finally ceased, Evillustrator's eyes closed and his smile vanished. The Akumas looked at one another in endurance as they started turning to stone statue. Lady WiFi and the Bubbler held each other as their bodies harden. Chat Blanc looked at Marinette lovingly before he too turned to stone, making the girl cry.

Tears were already flowing down Marc's red cheeks, one of them fell onto Evillustrator's wounded chest. All of a sudden, Evillustrator began to glow and was lifted off the ground. Marc stared in astonishment as Evillustrator's body was transformed in flashes of light. When he was brought back down, he was no longer an Akuma. Evillustrator was gone, and in his place, stood a young man with fair skin and shinning red hair inspecting his form. When he turned to face Marc, the young man ran over to him and gave him huge hug. Marc stumbled back a little, which made the stranger confused.

"Marc," he said, taking Marc's hand into his. "Don't you recognize me?"

Marc gazed at his face, as if trying to find something familiar about them, until he saw the familiar turquoise eyes. He broke out into a huge grin as tears of joy flowed down his cheeks.

"Nathaniel..." He murmured, pulling him into a kiss.

It wasn't long until Nathaniel kissed back. The stone statues behind them began to shatter and broke in similar flashes. The first thing the servants realized were not that they were able to move again, but that they were no longer Akumas. They were normal humans, just like their master.

The castle too had transformed, from its dark and eerie appearance into a more cheerful and bright style. When everyone looked over and saw Marc and Nathaniel, they knew what was going on, the curse was finally broken.

From that day on, things were great for them. The village brought down the old mayor of the village, and appointed Marinette as their new mayor. Both she and her husband, Chat Blanc, who went by his real name, Adrien, worked together to bring peace, harmony, and good fashion style to the entire village. Lady WiFi and the Bubbler, or should I say Alya and Nino, were put in charge of the castle staff. Timebreaker... she never changed. As for Marc and Nathaniel, they became the rulers of the kingdom and even became more well-known for their comic book, 'The Miraculous Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir'.

One day, they were hosting a ball with everyone invited. Marinette and Adrien had just arrived, when they saw Alya and Nino. Adrien ran over and hugged his best friend, who returned the gesture.

Adrien joked, "See Nino, I told you all will work out in the end."

"Actually dude," Nino protested. "I believe I was the one who told you."

"No, I told you."

"No, I told you!"

The two men continued to argue until their wives cut in.

"Alright you two," Alya laughed. "That point is Marc and Nath got together, and all turned out fine."

Marinette then asked, "Speaking of Marc and Nath, where are they?"

As if on cue, a trumpet sounded. Everyone looked up and saw Marc and Nathaniel working down the stairs, hand in hand. They were wearing the same clothes as when they had their first dance. Once they were on the ballroom floor, Nathaniel signaled over to his chief conductor, Luka, formerly known as Silencer. Luka nodded, and began playing. As they danced, Marc and Nathaniel looked back to the day, the story of Anciel and the Akuma.
