Rye's POV

"Fine," he said as he looked around and pulled his shoes on, stepping off the blanket.

I pulled my shoes on, as well and took the blanket, shaking it so the sand would get off. We started walking towards the car as I took his hand in mine. He looked down at our hands as I looked at him before looking up at me with a smile. Once we were at the car, I opened his door and hummed.

"Thank you," he said as he got in and I closed the door. I then put the blanket in the back seat and got in the driver's. I turned the engine on after pulling our seatbelts on.

"Where to?" I asked, turning to look at Andy. He shrugged. "What about a diner? I think there is a 24 hour one somewhere around here," I said as I raised an eyebrow.

"Sure, why not?" He said as I nodded and started driving off. Soon, we were at the diner and I parked. We got out, I locked the car and we walked in as we looked around. We made our way to a booth and sat down.

"What can I get you?" The waiter asked with a smile, looking at me then Andy.

"I would love some tea with milk and honey," I said as I nodded at the him then turned to Andy.

"Same for me but with some sugar, as well, please," Andy spoke and the waiter nodded, leaving to get our orders. I turned my attention to him.

"So, how was tour without me?" I asked, smirking. I knew the answer as I had seen some videos on Instagram but I still wanted to hear him say it.

"One word, awful," he spoke, rolling his eyes.

"Oh, I know. I've seen the videos. You guys didn't have the biggest support on the songs there," I joked and he reached out slapping my arm playfully. I laughed, pulling myself back.

"Shut up. I meant awful in a way that seeing your spot empty made me feel bad. We also got some complaints from fans at VIP and meet and greet for your disappearance because they wanted to see you, as if it was our fault you were gone. Other than that, some fans thought we knew where you were but we decided to keep it a secret for your safety," he said, shaking his head. "I wish we knew where you had gone since you disappeared but we only just found out as well," he added, looking at me.

"I see. I don't understand why they wouldn't believe you. I didn't feel like telling anyone so how were you supposed to know," I said, shrugging. Soon, our orders arrived and we pulled back so the waiter could set them down in front of each.

"Let's see what is going on in the fans world aka Twitter and Instagram," Andy said as he took his phone out and hummed while starting to go through Twitter. I moved closer as I was too lazy to take my phone out to see.

@user: "I believe that Rye and Andy are somewhere together right now. I have a feeling because currently Jack and the others are live on TikTok and these two are nowhere to be found. Also, Jack said that they were either in the play room or somewhere upstairs. Wouldn't we be able to hear them through the live since they are usually loud as fuck?"

I read the tweet from Andy's phone and chuckled. Roadies always had a way to find out what was going on while putting two and two together. Little FBI agents. They didn't have to know that we were together. It was none of their business.

Andy then liked the Tweet as I suppose he thought he was on the band account. He was wrong though as Twitter soon filled with "Omg, Andy liked this tweet from his account which means that he just confirmed that they are somewhere together." and others like that.

"You should be more careful, babe," I whispered as I shook my head at his mistake. I moved back to my seat and took a sip from the tea. I took my phone out and started going through Instagram. I then decided to upload a story to explain so that they would stop attacking the boys that they knew and were keeping it a secret.
