Rye's POV

"I'm sorry about that," I said as I chuckled nervously. "He's been talking about a someone special in his life?" I asked. I just wanted to find out what Andy had told her about us.

"Don't worry. Yes, he told me that he has found that someone special that makes him happy and I just assumed it could be you because you chose to be here with him instead of staying behind with the boys," She said. "I'm sorry if I am assuming wrong," She added in to what she said.

"Uhm, yeah. I am that someone special and you are not assuming wrong," I said as I blushed slightly at my words.

"I figured. You treat him with so much love and I've never seen him so happy around anyone," She said. Yesterday we had a really good time with her, just chilling and talking, catching up with everything going on all these years that she probably missed. I took a sip of my tea as I hummed softly.

"Good morning," I heard Andy and turned to look at him as he had a grin on his lips.

"Good morning, darling," Mrs. Fowler said as she smiled and got up, probably to get him breakfast.

"Good morning, babe," I said, wrapping my arm around his waist as he was standing next to where I was sitting. "How did you sleep?" I asked as I looked up at him.

"Pretty good. I feel rested a lot," He spoke as he sat down to eat when his mom left the plate on the table. "What were you two talking about?" He asked as he started eating.

"Uhm, nothing important," I said as I looked down while humming.

"Rye, darling. You can tell him. It's not a secret," Mrs. Fowler said, placing down a cup of tea for Andy.

"My mom knows about us, by the way," Andy said once he swallowed, making me snap my head up to look at him as he chuckled.

"What- You've told her?" I asked, looking confused. I tilted my head slightly, waiting for him to reply.

"Yeah, we talked on the phone a few times in these last months and I had to tell her. She was wondering why I sounded and looked so happy," Andy explained as he shrugged. He looked so cool with it.

"Oh, because I didn't know, uhm, if I should tell her or not-" I paused to think. "since she asked me if I was that someone special, uhm, you've been talking about earlier or, uhm, if you should tell her yourself," I spoke, stumbling over my words. He chuckled.

"Uhh, yeah, she just wanted to see what you would say," Andy said as he turned to look at his mom.

"Yeah, I just wanted to test you on that," She said while chuckling.

Once Andy finished breakfast, he gave the plate to his mom to wash it. I was literally so lost that I hadn't noticed that I had zoned out. His mom knowing and him being all cool about it was confusing me.

"Baby, are you alright?" Andy asked, snapping me back to reality.

"Yes, I'm okay," I looked at him and smiled.

He took his phone, probably to take a photo to upload on his story. I watched him as I took mine and started going through Instagram while waiting for him to upload it. Once he had uploaded it, I pressed to watch it and chuckled at what he wrote.

"Wanna go watch some Netflix?" Andy asked out of nowhere as I looked up from my phone while he looked at me and locked his.

"Sure," I said and we both got up, heading to the living room.

I sat on the couch as I watched him set it up before he sat down next to me. I placed my arm around him as he leaned down and rested his head on my shoulder. I kissed his head softly as he pressed play. Hours later of us watching Netflix, the time had gone 2pm which meant it was Lunch time.
