"Sorry, I thought I had it" I apologized while holding the remains of what used to be a plate. Mom sighed, took it out of my hands, and started to clean it up. She stopped midway and creased her brows. I followed her gaze but it leads to a wall.

"You okay?" I said looking back and forth. She shook her head and waved it off.

"Yeah, just had a weird Deja Vu thing, anyways, step away from the cake Riley, if you weren't trying to get it, my china plate would still be intact" She chided. I know she wasn't really mad but I couldn't stop the tears from swelling up in my eyes.

Not this shit again.

Over the past few weeks, I have had no control over my emotions whatsoever. Nor do I have control over my eating habits. The vomiting stopped, thank god, but it's like my stomach is a bottomless pit. It's a miracle I'm not overweight.

Wait.....

I went into the living room and stood in front of the mirror and frowned. Realistically, the only thing that really grew was my stomach, and even then, it didn't grow much, it just looked like I had a big lunch- OH MY GOD IS THAT MY NOSE?!

Here they come.

"Mommmmm" I whined, bursting into tears. She strolled in casually and grabbed my hand, leading me towards the door.

"You're not fat honey, I've been there too. How about we go for a walk? Maybe some fresh air will help with" She motioned towards my tear-stained face and gave a weird look "Whatever this is"

I stopped her before we got over the threshold, wiping them away.

"I can't, Elijah's taking me to my ultrasound in like four minutes" I sniffled while slouching on the side of her.

"I thought it was at three?"

"It is"

"Honey that's two hours from now"

"Oh" I nodded as she held me in a comfortable side hug and kissed my forehead.

"Awww, my big baby is miserable, should've strapped up" She chuckled, patting my cheeks. I broke away and stomped to the couch where I dramatically flopped on top of it.

I must have fallen asleep because the next time I opened my eyes, I was in a different position and Elijah was staring in my face. My cheeks went pink at being observed while unconscious and I groggily got up.

Stretching out like a cat, I eyed him suspiciously and practically growled: "What are you looking at?"

"You know you sleep talk right?"

"What? No I don't?....do I?" I asked more to myself when I thought about it. He laughed at me, as if my doubt was comical, and ruffled my hair. I smacked his hands away and shot my foot out to kick him.

"Stop that! Why does everybody do that?" I pouted. He leaned down and gave me a soft kiss, making me smile.

"Come on baby" He chuckled "Let's head to the packhouse, My mom's making pie and I'm telling you now, If you see me running with a box in my hand, say nothing and just follow me K?"

"That depends....what kind of pie?" I squinted. Not gonna lie, that sounds fucking delicious right now.

"Strawberry Cream"

"Say less" I nodded as I sprang from the couch. Something caught my attention and I leaned over towards the window. Santana was pacing back and forth with her phone angled towards her mouth, talking furiously with the angriest expression I've ever seen her make.

"What's wrong baby?" Elijah asked, taking notice of how my face changed. I waved him off and went to see what the issue was. As I approached, she shook her head, as if to tell me to back off. I, of course, didn't listen and mouthed "Put it on speaker"
