How we met the bots

chapter one : Hello?

( AN Thank you grace for doing the amazing pictures :D and for others Shadow on the left, Grace in the middle and Skye on the right Caitlin isn't introduced till later on and Leah isn't in much )

"Skye get up their are people at the door for you" I rolled over in my bed and groaned in a mix of frustration and laziness (AN he he I can't spell XD) "sywmwusjhq do I have to" I slurred out removing my face from the pillow "yes, its Grace and Shadow" I sat up and glared at my dad. I laid back down just to roll off and stumble out of my bedroom door followed by my Bichon frise cross jack Russell, Rascal, stumbling down the stairs and tripping over the last one, I walked over to the front door opening it to reveal two of my best friends "what do ya want imma' sleep" I whined earning a mild laugh and a reply of "c'mon Skye walkies let's go to the park" Grace replied, I perked up at the word walkies and dashed up stairs to change out of my wolf onesie. I changed into my usual clothes because its my style and ran down the stairs, grabbing my keys and running out the door slamming it in the process "no breakfast?" Shadow questioned 'Damn it knew I forgot something' I thought, now trying to make up an excuse "umm umm too mainstream?" I stated sounding more like a question though "What ever" they said in unison "what about Leah?" Grace asked "she's sick" I replied knowing that she had been sick for the last week "mm OK" she said almost unsure. We have been walking for a little bit now and are just arriving at my favourite park no one goes here its hidden in the middle of the woods. excitement flooded through me as I saw my favourite tree to climb so I broke into a unexpected sprint heading for my tree, it was very tall and wide and had small burn marks on it along with large claw marks claiming it as mine, lunging up the tree to my perch I sat down and put a ear phone in and played 'live free or let me die by skillet'. Since my branch over looks the park I could see Grace sitting on the swing yet couldn't locate shadow so I tried listening for her I snapped my head to the left hearing a twig snap in the tree next to, there she was playing with her water elemental powers I decided I would leave her alone and begin to meditate when the music changed to 'bleeding out by Imagine dragons'.

I've been meditating for about an hour and I am starting to get a little annoyed by the silence outside of my music, if you don't know silence drive's me nuts. I dived off of my tree and switched to wolf form half way down too shorten the drop because I was very high up, as soon as my paws it the ground I started doing laps of the park making sure everything was untouched, the park is very small only consisting of a swing set, a slide, a Spinny thing and them kid animal seesaw things. Everything seemed in the right way in till I heard rustling, the others heard it to, so I skidded to a halt and a uneasy feeling over whelm me so I switched to human form and ran over to the others, Shadow now was out of the tree and by the swings with Grace. "What do ya' think is goin' on?" I asked "I don't know no one travels this deep into the woods accept us" Grace replied in a hushed voice as footstep became more and more noticeable, but they where different they where really loud too loud for anything I can think of. We simultaneously turned towards the on coming steps until a large inhuman shadow loomed over us almost dorrito shaped, their was more shadows joining the original in total three. I looked up noticing silver, cherry red and purple-ish coloured feet? Following them up and seeing giant umm? Robots? "What de hell they gotta be Japanese" I stated in a whisper as my jaw dropped to the floor and I'm sure the other two where exactly the same "Nah too advanced" Shadow replied. Staring at the one who was in the middle, one thought came too mind "hey that umm guy? Looks like a dorrito oh wait nope girl they got heels" I thought aloud by accident gaining the giants attention "ugghh humans filthy creatures soo... squishy, and I am not what you humans call a female i am a mech, but you wouldn't know what that is and you've seen too much so I guess let's find out what happens when you become flat" he i guess said he raised his foot about to lower it on top off us. I was frozen unsure what to do Grace being in a similar predicament the next thing I know is seeing large amounts of water fly towards the dorrito guys face throwing him off balance, this gave me enough time to prepare I switched to my wolf form making them look allot less big I summoned fire onto my back paws, hot enough to melt metal, turned my back and flung my back legs at him. He stumbled back and looked towards his chest? Area to see large paw prints, I smiled at my work he looked back at me with wide eyes and thus began a fight. Shadow was now fully engaged with the flying dorrito, throwing water and wind everywhere, Grace had wrapped the drone looking ones feet in vines whilst I had taken on the cherry red one, I electrocuted him and paw branded him like the other his arm turned into what looked like a gun and that started a fire fight. This lasted a good five minutes until he eventually just picked me up because my energy was fading due to the over use of my powers, I struggled but I eventually gave in, he held me like you would hold a puppy I looked towards the others too see Megan struggling in Dorrito's gripped and Grace... Sitting on the drone's shoulder talking? Okay then. I turned to Dorrito and switched to human causing the robot holding me to drop me but catch me half way "okay I give what do you want, and do you not talk?" I asked directing the last bit towards the thing holding me "yes I do talk and I sware touch my paint job again I will rip you apart, Starscream can I keep it I want a pet" he asked looking at dorrito and poking me in the side 'so they have names' I stated in mind. I realise what he just said and was raging "first of all I'm not an it I'm a she second I AM NO ONE'S PET!" I roared I looked over to the other two grace was just talking to the drone I heard them say "what's your name?" Grace asked "droid 1835293638352919" it replied "I'm gonna call you Steve" "why?" "Because you look like a Steve to me" I zoned out and back to my current conversation. I looked towards Shadow to see her unconscious "what did you do too her!?!" "Calm down she is just in stasis she used too much energy in the fight" Starscream replied "and Knockout we are taking the squishies back too base I don't believe these creatures are supposed to do what they can" he stated "oh so you do have a name" I said looking up towards 'Knockout ' he nodded, suddenly I felt really dizzy and my vision became clouded so I sat in the palm of his hand? I could hear their distant voices followed by the sound of shifting gears and was soon after consumed by a world of black...
