How we met the bots

Chapter twenty-five: so here it is merry christmas

A sudden rush of excitement startled me awake, leaning over I grabbed my phone from the other half of my bed to check the time '5.30AM' but the true thing getting me excited was what the date was '25th of December' or Christmas. I sat up and jumped out of bed in one swift movement, I bounded like a child to the walk in wardrobe and pulled out my usual attire, also pulling out a Christmas CD to put a small plan into action. I slipped out of the door making sure not to wake up Jazz, I ran to the main hanger and up to where the whole speaker system in base main area was, I plopped down in a Spinny chair, twirling around a couple of times then finally up to the speaker set. The system was allot like a radio station with allot of complex buttons and switches but I only needed to play a CD so it was pretty simple, I pulled the CD out of the case and slipped it into the radio looking thing. I turned all the volume levels up then pulled on a set of headphones to protect my hearing. But when I hit play the sound 'merry Christmas by Slade' echoed through the base almost positive to wave everyone up and call them to the main hanger to complain at me.

It took about 3 minutes until the first Bot came stumbling in, in came a very drowsy looking Sideswipe he stumbled tripping over his own wheeled pede's he yawned and stretched "ugh why did you have to play your music so loud!" he complained, i giggled and waved at him "good mornin' to ya too". Soon everyone else came in dragging their pede's or feet against the cold ground well all accept skids and mudflap i gave them their presents early and sent them off to hawaii for the holidays. All of the bots were either complaining or enjoying the random christmas music that filtered through the air. I stopped the music from playing and jumped down to greet everyone with a huge grin plastered on my face " MeRrY cHrIsTmAs EvErYoNe" i sung out, it seemed many had forgotten about the date and that was obvious by the way their faces lit up. i ran over to join Grace and Shadow who were practically jumping for joy about the day "merry christmas Skye" they sung out in unison rocking back and forth on their feet "merry christmas guys, Shads cover your ears" i warned her, she complied "SO WHO WANTS PRESENTS!!!!!" i shouted out and their was a chorus of "ME's" from the younger bots. we sat around the tree as Dad dished out the gifts according to who's name was on which.

we had all finished with the gifts everyone got something from everyone it was rather entertaining sometimes like when the triplets unveiled 3 haley davidson motorbikes for them to scan. I had got everyone what they had asked for when we did that santa thing, i had made Shadow and Grace their own autobot medalians, Shadow's had a blue rim were Grace's had a green one. i wont go into what i got because it would be too long and id end up showing off so ill leave them details out. anyway it was clean up time, i groaned and helped pick up all the wrapping paper, once we had finished everyone was either playing with what they got or talking so no one noticed me slip out of the room and pull out my phone.

Skye: hey KO ya still comin'?

i asked via text, i had hired a hall and a dj deck i was going to be the DJ to make things easy, after about 3 minutes i got a reply.

KO: yes we will be coming about 4 k

Skye: yea kk thanks

KO : NP

Skye: :D

thus ending our short conversation. i ran down the halls of base to get to my room, i swung the door open and dashed over to the walk in wardrobe to pull out my clothes ready, i was going to get changed there but i had to get the place decorated first so i called Shadow. "yo Shads ya and Grace ready?" i asked pacing the room getting everything ready "yeah lets head who's driving?" i thought for a second as i grabbed a couple of CD's "i will it'll be faster" "okay meet in the main hanger in five minutes" i wouldnt tell Leah what was going on so i think she may have been slightly frustrated with me. "okey just dont tell anyone" i ordered as  i grabbed a couple more items "k see ya" "peace" i hung up and put my phone back into my pocket.

about 3 minutes passed and i took off back to the main hanger getting suspicious looks from everyone i passed, i met up with the pair "so ya ready to roll?" i asked with the bag of stuff slung over my right shoulder "yes lets go" Grace said. i transformed into my bot form then down to my alt mode, i had slung the bag on the floor whilst transforming the pair picked my bag up and put it in the boot along with their own stuff. i took off out of base going from 0-100mph in under 4 seconds

we arrived in no time and started to set everything up, blowing up baloons, hanging up decorations including mistle toe and a camera in one of the doorways. i had started setting up the DJ booth when i checked the time '3:45pm'  my eyes widened everyone would be turning up soon "guys hurry up everyone will turn up soon! Grace did you leave a note for Optimus so he knows?" i asked and she nodded. Me Grace and Shads where rushing around but we had everything set up by the time the Cons and Bots started showing up.

first to come in was Bee and 'Hide's holoforms because everyone was coming in their holoforms, they where dressed up in suits Bumblebee's was black and yellow whilst Ironhide's was just solid black. i ran to the DJ booth as Grace and Shadow ran over too their guardians and started to chat, i started up the first CD which was one of the pop albums from this year. Soon enough everyone was here even the Cons well all accept Jazz and Sunstreaker, i started to worry slightly but wore a fake smile for show. i was wearing a white dress with black trims with a thin amount of eye liner as per normal, Knockout walked up to the deck "hey Skye!" he said over the loud music "hey KO whats up?" "not much can i have a go as DJ?" he asked doing puppy dog eyes which was unusual to see a Con do, i laughed and nodded showing him how to control everything. When i stepped away from the deck i walked outside looking for the pair, but they were no where in sight so i walked back in and walked around for a bit before i was tapped on the shoulder from behind, i whipped around and came face to face with the one i was looking for... Jazz, he hugged me quickly before looking around seeming to be on edge "hey whats up?" i asked in a worried tone, after all this was planned for him and Optimus "nothing Sweet spark just thanks" he said finally focusing on me instead of his suroundings "no problem" i said with a genuinly happy smile. we started to talk for a while before joining a large group of converstaions.

its now about 7 and everyone was chatting or dancing and so far both Grace and Shadow had been caught under the mistletoe with their guardians unknowingly caught on video. i laughed everyone was at least tipsy since their was refreshments brought out earlier. i laughed as everyone was messing around with a variety of games the Cons and Bots where talking well all accept soundwave who didnt really talk. all music had slowed down as the night was only part way through.

I was sitting at a table talking to Grace, Hide, Bee and Shadow about everything and anything, nothing made sence but who cared we were having fun, Jazz came over and extended a hand for me "wanna dance?" he asked i dont know if it was the drink talking but i said yes and took his hand. he took me over to where eveyone else was dancing and we began to dance with spins and just other random moves, Grace and Hide had joined in dancing together we where all laughing, talking and over all having fun. Soon enough Shadow and Bee where also dancing and enjoying the moment.

we danced for an hour until it started to get awkward i wouldnt say anythig to Jazz because we were under that evil plant, i tried to lead him away from it but he was lead and woudnt move luckily he was completely oblivious. i had a stroke of luck when the cha cha slide started to play (dont judge its a classic) i dragged eveyone over to the floor as the song began, couples held hands whilst others didnt suprisingly Leah held Optimus's hand which shocked me but i just rolled with it.

the night was ending and my more childish side wanted to gag since majority of people where kissing even my friends it was simply gross. Me and Jazz just continued to dance untill the night ended with him driving me home and putting me to bed i fell into a blissful sleep without a care in the world.

(hey sorry guys for not updating and that but allot has gone on my dog got put down and since that if you watch black butler ive been acting allot like ciel so i apoligise for this and sorry for any bad punctuation so sorry but i may not update for the next week sorry)
