Chapter 26- intro to the next year...

It's been a year since everything went down and the girls had moved out of base and now live on a large farm curtesy of the government. they lived close to Lennox's house if they ever had a problem but other than that they get on with their lives, visiting base 1-2 times a week. And to the outside world they where normal teens, Leah and Skye's 'parents' had moved back to England but leaving the little dog with Skye...

-----Skye's POV-----------

I dribbled the ball past the stables on our farm, I am currently playing football with Rascal since there wasnt much else I could do. I had taken my horse Heichou out this morning and mucked out his stable so now i had nothing better to do then play football with my dog.

Shadow and Grace where currently inside watching TV but who could blame them it's like 40 degree's out here! Oh yeah i forgot, so lately we've decked out the house with a game room, a recording studio, fully stocked kitchen, 5* rooms i mean I HAVE A BALL PIT IN MINE! and everything is state of the art, we even started doing youtube video's.

I walked inside the house leaving the door open for Rascal too come in when he wanted. "come on Skye Optimus wants to see us at base" Grace called out to me from the living room "'kay" I called back running up the stairs towards my door which was painted silver and gold. i quickly changed into my usual attire throwing off my shorts to replace them with my black jeans. Once finnished I threw the door open and made a dash towards the front door.

Standing there for about 2 minutes Grace and Shadow soon emerged from elsewhere in the house and stood with me by the door "so are we being picked up, or are we making our own way there?" Shad's asked rocking back and fourth on the soles of her feet "I believe they sent 'Hide to pick us up since he lives the closest" Grace replied staring intently at the door.

I was getting bored of waiting so i opened the front door and stepped out onto the wooden porch "RASCAL!" I called out to tell him we were leaving and as if on que the scruffy furball came running up the driveway "yes!" he called back "I'm going to base for a bit 'kay" I told him crouching down to pick him up "okay" he barked licking my face.

I put him back on the ground and spun around to face my friends "so why they co-'" I asked but was cut off by a loud car horn and Grace rushing past me persumably to greet our ride. I spun on my heels to face a certain GMC topick and a very happy Grace. I jogged over with Shadow and jumped into the back behind 'driver' where Shad's was behind passenger and Grace was in Passengers seat.

Ironhide drove away from the farm in a comfortable silence unti Shadow decided to speak up "so what does my bro' want?" she questioned sitting up in her seat and leaning forward slightly. I stared blankly out the window for the majority of the journey blanking out all of their conversations.

We arrived at base after an hour's drive and we all jumped out of Ironhide's cab, Optimus was already there waiting for us in the main hanger along with Bumblebee and Jazz. Of coarse being me I ran over to Jazz and sat down on his pede, Jazz looked down at me and smiled and i smiled back of coarse.

When i finally looked around at the group I could see Shadow perched on Bumblebee's shoulder and Grace was sat on Ironhide's shoulder. "you may be wondering why I called you girls here" Optimus started "well we are sending you to college, with sam"..... my life just ended....
