he carefully picked it up, as if he was picking up an infant.
as he tiredly sat down on his bed, he opened the notebook and read all the entries.
there were 29 entries in total.
as he carefully read each entry, he felt flattered and horrified at the same time.
flattered because of how much haerim loved him.
horrified because of what haerim had done because of her love for him.
he felt like he was partially to blame.
he felt like his mere existance was the cause of the murders alone.
he placed the notebook inside of his cupboard as hot tears streamed down his face.
"chae haerim what have you done to me?"
