Elaine and Sarah hold on to each other for a moment; Elaine looks around and can't find her anywhere. The women are screaming, and are trying to protect something but Elaine can't figure out what they are trying to protect she's crushed between people and can't move. The guards push through the row of women and the guard holds up a baby. One woman tries to go after the baby in hopes to save it, but the guard grabs her and the guard shoots the baby.
The guard begins to yell "THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CONFISCATE A CHILD! THE NEXT TIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS ALL OF YOU WILL BE SHOT!"
Elaine cries and traumatized she's in total shock; they take away the woman who Elaine had thought that must've been the child's mother. The guards take away the lifeless child and tell everyone it's time for dinner everyone starts heading towards the tables; Elaine tries to see if she can find Theo or Sarah but none of them are in sight. Elaine gets her food of what is half a loaf of bread and this green soup; she eats her meal she felt someone watching her. She sees Theo over on the other side of the room.
