C. 25 Ice cream and Sorbets

The next day..

6 pm

Rosé's Half

Today is the day where Jimin is going to take me on a date! I'm so excited, well it's just a friendly date no other intentions.

I brushed my hair , and daydreamed about the possible outcomes that might come out from this date.

"Hey Chaeng, where are you going? aren't you tired from the mission?" Lisa peeked her head in the bathroom.

"No, I am not tired, and I'm going to go on an ice cream date." I told her as I placed down my brush.

I grabbed my bag and stood up to leave the bathroom.

"Oooo, with who? Is it Jimin oppa?" Lisa teased which I rolled my eyes at.

"Since when did you call him 'oppa'?" I asked her but she shrugged.

At that moment I received a text from Jimin , saying 'I'm outside your room'. I told Lisa I needed to leave already. And headed out the door.

I grabbed  the keycard off the desk and placed it in my bag. I opened the door, ready to laugh at Jimin because I remembered I had him wear a hot pink vest if he wanted to go with me.

But to my dismay I saw him wearing a basic Tee and pants, without a hot pink vest.

"I thought you said you would use a hot pink vest!" I pouted in disappointment, but he surprisingly grabbed my hands gently and said, "Sorry I forgot to bring it with me."

He then said , "I promise to bring it next time." I smiled in satisfaction.

He didn't let go of my hands though, which made me feel butterflies in my stomach, but I don't know why. I literally met him a week or two ago.

We entered the elevator, and that's where he finally let go of my hands.

"So, where are we going again?" I asked since I had completely forgotten where we were going.

"We're going to Morgenstern's Finest Ice cream. It's store has a great rating and it has lots of good ice cream." He replied

Time Skip~

"Sir, Mam, we have arrived" the taxi driver informed us, we payed for the ride and left the taxi.

We went inside and was invited by the smell of delicious ice creams and sorbets.

"You should go get a table, I will order. What flavor would you like?" Jimin asked me, And I responded with "Strawberry sorbet"

"You really like strawberries." He mentioned and I chuckled. I found a table close to the windows and sat down, patiently waiting for my ice cream.

A few minutes later, he came back with the ice creams and sat down in front of me. I thanked him and got my sorbet.

I took the first spoon of sorbet in my mouth and it felt like heaven, it tasted so good. We just kept eating and chatting with each other and enjoyed each other's company.

He suddenly stopped talking and just stared at me, then I wondered if I had something on my face. So I grabbed a mirror from my bag and checked for anything.

And out of the blue, he said that I was beautiful.
