Alexis sat uncomfortably in her seat on the bioship. It wasn't the fact that she was in an uncomfortable seat. It was the fact that she was sitting right next to Nightwing. She couldn't even look at him when he was talking to the team. She hated him that much that she couldn't stand to look at him.

"Okay, Beta, this is your drop zone right here." Nightwing said as Miss Martian, Lagoon Boy, Beast Boy, and Blue Beetle  stood up and dropped from the ship. Alexis had let out a deep breath before Nightwing had landed the ship on top of Lexcorp.

"Wait a second..won't they notice us on top of the roof?" Alexis asked Nightwing as the ship powered down. "No. That's what camouflage is for."

"How was I suppose to know that?" Alexis muttered to herself before Nightwing walked off the ship.

"He's taking this way too personally." Alexis heard Superboy say as she looked at him. "What?"

"With you. He's taking it way too personally. I get what happened 4 years ago, but seriously? He's still holding the grudge?" Superboy asked as Alexis silently praised someone for having Superboy here. If it was just her and Nightwing, that would have been awful.

"At least someone here has some sense." Alexis muttered, though Superboy heard it and chuckled softly. "Trust me when I tell you I've been in your place before, with Superman."

"Wow? Really?" Alexis asked. Superboy nodded before he walked off the bioship, Alexis following right after him.

"Beta squad, what's the status?" Nightwing said as soon as they entered the building.

"We found something. We found a broken chip in Luthor's office. Looks like someone was in a hurry." Miss Martian said as Nightwing sighed.

"Great. Okay, rendezvous back to the bioship in 5. We'll meet you there." Nightwing said before Superboy and Alexis walked up behind him.

"Okay. Whoever was here, they must have left in a hurry with a broken chip." Nightwing said as Superboy sighed and looked at Alexis.

"Umm? Alexis?" Alexis looked at Nightwing as he rubbed the back of his neck. "Is there anything else you have that's more stealthier?"

Alexis looked down at her dark blue long sleeve shirt and blue jeans with white Converses. "What's wrong with what I have on?"

"It..um.."

"Kind of attracts yourself, you know?" Superboy interrupted as Alexis raised an eyebrow and then looked back down at her clothes. "Well, I mean, I guess it does. One second.."

Alexis used her powers and her outfit soon changed from her original clothes to a light blue jacket with a turquoise lace cape, a matching blue corset and leggings covered in diamond designs with sky blue knee-length boots. A blue belt went around the corset and leggings and was connected with a diamond.

As soon as she tapped the diamond, the brighter parts of her outfit went dark and then only thing that was bright was the diamond on the belt, the diamond design on the leggings, and the cape. (It's the outfit on the bottom left.)

"There. You guys happy now?" Alexis said before she walked passed the two guys and ahead of them. Superboy and Nightwing looked at each other before following after her.

"Woah.." Alexis said as a door opened in front of her and she saw rows and rows of containers filled with kids in it.

"What the hell is all this?" Alexis asked as Nightwing held up a scanner.

"Just as I thought. They're metahumans. I remember reading that the Light were running some kind of importation with metahumans. These kids must be the preparations for the deportations." Nightwing said as Alexis looked around. She felt so bad for all of them. She knew she couldn't save them all.

She wondered down for a bit, looking at all the kids. She sliently promised herself that she would rescue them one day, no matter where they are. These kids have families. They're probably worried sick about them. Alexis sighed before she turned around.

Before she could walk away, she heard coughing. She looked behind herself and saw a girl about early teens approaching. She was bleeding from her side, Alexis guessed they probably had a needle in her, extracting DNA.

"Nightwing! Superboy!" Alexis shouted as the two guys came running to her.

"Oh my God, that's Beasley!" Superboy said as Alexis raised an eyebrow.

"Who?"

"Beasley is Zatara's adopted daughter and Zatanna's adopted sister. How the hell did she get here?" Nightwing said as he picked the girl up. She groaned in pain before shivering visibly.

"We'd better get her out of here before she freezes." Alexis said as the boys nodded and they went to turn and walk away, but the door that led them inside and shut.

"Hey!" Alexis shouted as she ran up to the door and pounded on it. "What the hell is this?!"

"This is not good. If we don't get Beasley out of here, she'll die." Superboy said as Alexis breathed heavily.

"Miss Martian? Miss Martian? Can you hear me? M'gann!" Alexis shouted their telepathic link before she groaned loudly. "We're too far in distance to communicate with the Beta squad. What do we do?"
