New years (stephen x jay)

Stephens POV:
I wake up. I groan and roll to my side. I completely ignore the sticky note on the celeing. I don't wanna think about it. I sigh and sit up as I kick my legs over the side of my bed and let them dangle there. I check the time. 8:10 it reads. I gasp. 'Holy shiy I slept in for 4 hours' I think surprised at myself

I shake my head and smile. I feel refreshed actually. That was well needed, I do wanna feel good for tonight's party. I freeze in my though. "The party" i repeat. I think back to what Daniel said. I stare and my fingers and press my index fingers together "boop" i say as i blush imagining my chapped lips ok jays softer ones. I can only imagine

I sigh and take my hands down. I stand up and step out of me room and into out living room. I see Daniel and jay talking on the couch as a movie plays on our tv. Jays back is turned to me so he dosent realize but dan does. Dan looks up to me and smiles.

I guess jay realizes cuz he turns his head and looks towards me. His face visibly brightens as he smiles. "Hey Stephen. You excited for tonight?" He asks. I glance over at dan who smiles wide. I sigh and put on a smile "of course. More than anything else in my life" I say sorta meaning it

Jay smiles and then returns his gaze to the tv and Daniel does aswell. I run a hand through my bed head and walk into the kitchen. I see hosuh watching something on his phone as he says cut up fruit with whipped cream

He looks up as I walk in and he smiles. He takes off his earbuds and walks up to me. I stand in place since it's clear that he's gonna ask for a favor

"Hey Stephen! I'm glad your awake. I uh... I need to ask for a favor" he asks a she picks at the skin on his fingers. of course. I smirk. "Yeah, what's up?" I ask as I lean on the door frame. He smiles and takes me by the wrist and drags me to his room. I get surprised but just follow along

We walk into his room and he shuts the door behind us. I look at him with a puzzled expression as his face seems flushed and he twirls his hair around his finger and shifts from foot to foot. He seems extremely nervous. "You uh..... you ok?" I ask feeling quite concerned for my friend

He looks up and smiles as he covers his eyes as he has the widest smile on his face. I smile. "I know that face~" I say as I walk up to him. "Who is it?" I ask. Hosuh peeks through his hands and squeals happily as he jumps on his bed

He looks up at me excitedly and gestures me to lean in. So I do and he pulls on my shirt collar as his lips push against my ear. I feel him breath and I shiver. "I like Ann" he whispers and shoves his face into his pillow and squeals.

I lean back and giggle. I'm so proud of hosuh! He's usually never Open about his feelings but I've seen him like this once before. I guess he really really likes Ann.

He finally sits up and looks at me still smiling stupid with a hint on pink on his cheeks. I smile a bit myself and hug him "awww hos, I'm so proud of you man!" I then pull back and looks at his tender yet exited grey eyes "you telling her tonight?" I say. He blushes and looks down at his hands. "Good luck" I say and stand up to leave but his hand stretches out and yanks me down hadshly

"Ah!" I Yelp as I land on the bed. I sit up and look at the nervous boy. I sigh "what is it hosuh" I ask. He rubs the palms of his hands as he bites his lip

He looks up to me with a worried expression"what should I say? When should I say it? Where should I say it? What if she rejects me? What if-" he continues but I slap a hand over his mouth startling him. "Woah woah woah" I laugh out, "let's slow down. What was the first question? What should you say?" He nods his head. I sigh and place my hand down and look at my fingers as I repeatedly tap my index fingers together
