Reassurance

At the hospital, I waited about an hour before I got any news at all. As the doctor came out, I stood to meet him. "Mr.Anoa'i"? He questioned "yea" I answered. "Is she okay"? I asked concernedly. He looked down at his clipboard before beginning. "Mr. Anoa'i, your wife has had a very severe case of food poisoning. Have you ever heard of luscarine poisoning"? He asked curiously. As I heard it, it was like I'd heard it before, but couldn't remember where. I nodded no. "It's a form of poisoning, a very dangerous form in fact, that is the case I'm handling. It most likely came in the form of food- mushrooms likely. Has your wife had anything within the last 24 hours that had mushrooms in it"? He asked. I honestly didn't know. I shrugged, not knowing what to say. "Well, all we can do right now is stomach pump and antibiotics, she'll be a little sore for a couple days, but she'll be home by tonight". He finished. I sighed in relief. I quickly called Derrick and recited what the doctor told me. Now I had to figure out exactly how my wife was poisoned.
As I sat, my phone rang. I pulled it out, it was an unknown number. I quickly answered it. At first it was light breathing. "Hello" I said. Suddenly a female's voice started sobbing. "Joe"! She said. It was one of my missing team members!!! "Casey!" I questioned. "Joe! Please help" she sobbed. "Casey! Where are you"? I questioned. The line was cut. I didn't know what to do at that point. How did she know my number? Where was she? I knew what I had to do.
I drove to the headquarters and marched straight into Cap's office. There he sat at his desk. "Joe"? He questioned curiously. "Cap, I'm going back to Iran" I stated confidently.
