Two Months Later
Wyatt was able to quit the coffee shop, making his new directing job a full time one instead. It paid really good, and he was even able to move out of Steve's place and into his own loft.
He had been so busy with the new schedule and the whole moving out thing that he rarely had time for his friends anymore.
Wyatt didn't even keep Tyler's promise about keeping up—instead Wyatt had blocked him on everything he could. He knew it was for the better. Once Tyler was married, their affair would be completely over. He decided it was better to just pull the bandaid off and fall back from Tyler, even if it hurt as much as it did.
The job was good though; it kept him busy.

"Babe?" Imaan nudged him.
"Yeah?"
"I asked if there was anyone else you wanted me to put on the list before I send out the invites?" She looked at the contacts in her phone.
"Uh, I think that's all."
The waiter came over, cleaning up their plates.
"Are you sure you're done?" the waiter asked, noticing how much food was still on T's plate.
"You barely touched it." Imaan replied.
"Yeah, I wasn't that hungry."
The waiter nodded, taking the plate from in front of T.
"Babe, you haven't been eating. What's wrong?" She placed a hand on his arm across the table.
"I'm just thinking about the wedding, I guess."
"It's okay to feel nervous. It's normal," she smiled. "That's why you don't have to worry about anything. I have everything under control."
Tyler sighed, nodding slightly.
He knew it wasn't that. For the last couple of months since Wyatt left, he'd been thinking about him non-stop. He realized Wyatt had become so much more than just another stupid fling. T thought the feelings would pass, but they hadn't.
They were becoming more prominent each day. It was a growing infatuation that he couldn't seem to stop.
...
It was a Saturday night, and Wyatt had agreed to hang out at Steve's apartment for the night. Frank and Crystal would be there, and it was good for them to catch up on Wyatt's new job situation.
Wyatt stopped by at their favorite chinese food place, ordering take out to take to Steve's place.
Once he ordered, he took a seat in a booth, waiting for his order to be called.
Just then, a familiar face walked in, a taller guy beside her grabbing her waist.
Wyatt kept his head low, but Alexa noticed his curls right away.
She turned to look at the guy with her. "Hold on, I'm gonna go talk to him." She was trying to be discreet but Wyatt could hear.
