Prom was a blast, but these heels and this makeup had to go. As soon as Landon pulled up to his house, I was making a run for the shower in the guest room. I quickly showered away the night, avoiding the masterpiece that was still my hair before making my way back out and to my overnight bag.

I huffed scanning through the bag, looking for something to wear.

"Mia..." I heard Landon call out.

Just as I began to wrap it around me, the door was pushed open. Landon appeared with his black dress shirt unbuttoned with his sleeves rolled up. "I told you..." He stopped completely.

I bit my lip, covering the rest of my body. "I..." I cleared my throat. "Uh, took a quick shower... I'm getting dressed now." I played with the towel. "I'll be out in 10 minutes tops..." Why did it all of a sudden feel sinister to be naked in front of the man who had seen every inch of my body?

"I-." He cleared his throat, trying not to look at me.

I looked down at my feet, tightening the towel in my hands and pressing it against my breast more. "It's fine, I'll be quick." I turned quickly, reaching down into my duffel bag to grab my underwear that was sitting on top.
