When Austin awoke, my head was rested on his windowsill eyes watching the sun rise, the darkness slowly dwindling and light poking out. I hadn't been able to fall back asleep because I didn't want to fall asleep. Somewhere during the night I had messily braided my hair.
I watched him sleep, his leany chest rising and falling.
"Couldn't sleep?" He asked when he saw me.
"I didn't want to," I murmered in reply.
"What happened?" His eyes, which should have been tiny from just waking up were large and trained on my face.
"The letter, Austin. I saw it."
His eyes widened even further, but he was able to mask it. "What letter?"
"How many letters do you get it from your ex-girlfriend's husband?" I said softly.
His mouth widened, "Allyson, I'm sorry I didn't tell you."
"It's been four years, four years of me hating him. I couldn't even make myself to go to his grave."
"I had a dead man's swear on my fucking head Allyson, what could you expect me to do?"
"I'm not blaming you, Austin. But I've been so unfair to Elliot."
"You're not breaking up with me are you?" he said.
"What- no of course not. I may have gotten no sleep last night but I'm not that stupid."
He gave me a tired laugh, and ran his hand through his hair.
"i'm going to go shower and change, and then can we go visit Elliot?" I asked.
He nodded.
I looked at the messy bag of clothes and pulled out a clean black button down tank top that Elliot had bought me and a pair of high waisted jeans.

After a warm shower, I felt a lot better. I had pulled by damp hair into a ponytail, and when I came out Austin was talking to someone on the phone.
"Yeah, yeah um-hmm."
He hung up.
"Who was it?" I asked.
"Work. Sorry Alls I gotta go. "
He must have noticed my frown. "I'm sorry- I can bl-."
"No, don't take any more hits for me. I'll get a cab."
"I'll drop you, but you'll have to get a car ride back." He said.
"Yeah." I said attempting to feign calmness, but I felt nothing of that sort.
Author's note: HIIII GUYS. WHAT UP? I am so sorry I haven't updated in so long. I actually am re-writing the whole story and I'm going to send it in to get published. If you will buy it when it comes out just comment below PLEASEE...

Someone was being kinda mean to me on my last post too. All I asked about was getting more votes and they started to talk about stop reading my story.
If you guys don't be nicer, maybe I'll just make Austin and Casey get together (kidding, I'm kidding) BUT SERIOUSLY BE CAREFUL GUYS AHAHHA
OOHHH, AND I ALSO WROTE A ONESHOT CALLED "Relationships and red carpets" I had actually watched the episode and wrote what I thought would happen after. If that gets LOTSS of votes I'll update Saturday...
