Police Invistigation

The next morning came fast and Mic woke up, alone. He stood up and made his way into the bathroom to get ready. When he was finished, he walked to Izuku's room to wake him up to get ready.

He wasn't prepared for the sight infront of him.

He took his handy and made thousands of photos to embarrass Shouta later.

With a smile on his face, he made his way over to the two and shook Aizawa slightly.
"Morning, babe." he said and kissed him on the lips.
"Morning.." he answered in a groggy voice.

"I'm gonna make us breakfast before we're heading to the police station, could you wake izuku?"

"Mhm" was his answer.

Mic chuckled and made his way into the kitchen to make pancakes for his little family. He was still a bit sad of yesterday's argument but he tried to ignore it. He really bonded with Izuku, he can't just give him away, he just can't. He always wanted a kid, of course they couldn't have their own, but the didn't care about hair. Family isn't by blood. You can always build your own, when you just love them.

His parents kicked him out after he came out as gay, he was 19. It hurted him so bad. And after Aizawa's parents died, when they were 21, they were each others only family.

They still had Nemuri, Tensei and Oboro. (PS: he didn't die/became a part of Kurogiri. He's a normal civilian and will be a good uncle to Izuku)

With a smile on his face, thinking about his small family, he set up the table for breakfast.

"We keep him." came a harsh voice from the entrance of the kitchen.

"what?" Mic questioned. Just yesterday they had an argument and now this?? He's happy, of course, but confused as fuck.

"After our argument yesterday, he found me.. crying. He held up a picture he drew for us to me and explained our family dynamic. When we cuddled he called me dad. We're gonna keep him. I don't care about my reasoning from yesterday. We're keeping and loving him."

Mic was awestruck and jealous he didn't get a parental name. Yeah sue him, he wants a 'dad' or 'papa' too.

After he few seconds he had a huge grin on his. He walked over to his boyfriend, pulled him close and kissed him passionately. With arms around his neck and arms on Mic's hips, they kissed. If Izuku hadn't shown up things most definitely would have gotten way more heated ;)

"hello.." came a whisper from behind them. They quickly parted with a string of saliva connecting them.

"green bean! Breakfast is ready." Mic quickly said.

"okay.. papa.." Izuku quietly added.

Mic's heart could have burst with all the love he felt for the tiny broccoli infront of him.

"Then let's eat before we're going to the police!"

And with that the tiny family sat down and started to breakfast with small talk.

The three stood infront of the police department hand in hand. Both Pro Heroes each had one of Izuku.

"let's go." Mic said and walked inside, the other two trailing behind.

The receptionist showed them their way and as soon as they got seated in the room everything got quieter.

As Tsukauchi walked in, he greeted the two adults and handed the little boy a lolly as a Welcome gift.

"Okay, Izuku. I'm gonna ask you a few questions about your background and I want you to answer honest and as detailed as you can. Could you do that for us?" the police officer asked.

"Yup.." Izuku answered, busy with his lolly.

"Starting with basics, your name is Izuku Midoriya? And your 4 years old, right?"

"yes, but I'm gonna be 5 soon!" he answered happily.

Right

"What happened to your mother?"

"Well.. Mommy and I were shopping, I think.. When someone pulled us into a alleyway and beated her up. After that they shooted her in the head... That's all I can remember. Oh and that she whispered that she loves me."

The room got quiet. They already knew a few things about it, they found the corpse so they could guess. But they didn't knew that he had to watch all this.

"okay let's continue, do you know who kidnapped you? And maybe what their intentions are? Weaknesses? Anything?"

"hmm... I think they call themselves League of villains. I think they want to kill someone named All Might. I know some of their names! Shigaraki Tomura, Quirk decay: everything he touches with 5 fingers crumbles to dust. Weakness fluids and particles. I also know someone they call master, All for something, I don't know.. All I know about him that he's the brain or head of the organization. And then there's Kurogiri! He's my favorite. He always took care of my wounds and gave me food and water. I liked him, he also kept me company. His Quirk is called Warp Gate, he can teleport himself and more people with his black mist anywhere he knows the coordinates of and where he was once. Which means he can't teleport somewhere he doesn't know. And please if you ever catch him, be nice to him.. He didn't do anything wrong. He never killed and is always so nice! Without him I surely would be dead by now..."

The room got quiet once again, they didn't thought they would get so many informations and then so useful informations too!

"can you promise me not to hug kurogiri? Please?" Izuku begged. He didn't want his 'friend' to get hurt.

"We see what we can do, okay? But I have one last question: what did they want from you?"

"I only know they wanted to create the perfect 'Nomu'. Something that can kill this so called all might. They would beat me and force quirks on me. Try to awake mine.. And they got it. I have apparently such a Quirk now. That's all I know and I bet now that I'm not there anymore, they will probably try again or try to get me back."

"thank you, you really helped us. I'm gonna make a quick call and in a few minutes a nice lady will come and bring you to a safe home." Tsukauchi said and walked out to call a meeting.

Shit, Mic and Aizawa thought, we forgot to tell him we wanted to adopt him.
