Matt's P.O.V.

Shit! I ran to my car pulling out my keys. My heart is racing, to think I thought Mari was living a perfect life.

Josh's P.O.V.

I was finally ready to leave, I looked down at the cast on my arm." My life can only get better." I looked around at the hospital room, I feel like I have been here for ages. I looked over at David who I have mixed feelings about. I walked out of my room and thought one thing: dad. I saw a nurse walking by and I couldn't hold back." Hey nurse where can I find John Ovenshire?" I asked." Uh Mr.Ovenshire is not expecting anyone today maybe you ca-" I cut her off." Ma'am please he's my dad and I don't think he has much time left... and he is one of the last things I have." I said looking down." Room 204 second floor." I looked up with confusion, I didn't think she would listen." You heard me, now go to your dad." She smiled.

I walked into the room to see my father in terrible condition." Josh? Is that you!" I walked to his bed and sat on one of the chairs." Josh it's so nice to-" he started coughing." To see you."" It's great to see you dad." I smiled. We started talking like we were old high school friends who hadn't seen each other for years." Dad I missed you I didn't think I would ever see you again." I smiled tears were forming in my eyes." Well I didn't think I would be hit by a small truck but things happen." I laughed I always loved his humour if it was dark or simply a random cheesy joke." Hey Josh I gotta tell you something."

(A.N.) Hey guess who is back with a small chapter... with a semi cliffhanger. I actually was thinking if people thought I was gone and I'm here to say one thing... hell... no. I will not update much probably twice a month until I get more free time on my hands but it's something. I also want to mention how awesome you guys are seriously, going through a beginner writer's first Fan Fiction and I really like the comments I don't get much but hell they are always great. Thank the heavens... ha...eh. I'm throwing out a kinda hint on what may happen.
