"kumpleto na ba?" I asked once I entered the room. galing pa kasi ako ng dean's office kaya medyo late ang pagpasok ko at pinauna ko na si sam at bianca sa room
"si marg absent tas si nico malalate daw" sabi ni sam
"for how long?" tanong ko at sasagot sa sana si sam kaso pumasok bigla si nico
"sorry late hehe dinala ko na captain ng archery team para rektang sya na magsabi hehe" pagpapaliwanag nya at umupo na sa pwesto nya
"you can seat beside sam, captain?..." sabi ko sa kanya kaso di ko alam pangalan nya kaya captain na lang nasabi ko
"jaemin po madam president!" he said while smiling brightly at nginitian ko na lang sya pagbalik "okay, sam first agenda"
at nagsimula na nga ang meeting tungkol sa plano for the upcoming games ng archery team. sila na lang ang focus namin ngayon dahil tapos na ang ibang sports at silang team lang ang nakapasok ng semi finals kaya gusto ng dean na sa kanila ang focus ng eb in terms of athletes support.
"okay, so we will be buying balloons and we will provide popcorn and soda for the students, sounds good to me sa inyo? okay na ba?" of course I'll ask for their opinion rin naman
"ay wait... jaemin right? The captain?" i asked and is still confused
"yes madam!"
"may iba pa bang kailangan yung archery team bukod sa support ng students?" i simply asked, kasi iyan ag rason kung bakit sya nasabit sa meeting na Ito
"support mo madam president ang kailangan ko" pagbanat nya kaya di ko maiwasan na irapan sya "char keme lang hahaha!"
"on a serious note madam, water lang kailangan namin hehe"
"okay but we can give you sandwiches and water every before game. Do not worry about the budget we have it" i suggested "ooh! muscle tapes or mueller tapes, do you need more?"
"oks na kami madam hehe" he said so okay medyo madali naman sya kausap
"bago ko nga pala makalimutan, the games start at 2:00 pm, so I suggested na gawing half day ang araw ng games nila para di hassle sating lahat. So kung 12:00 noon ang dismissal natin, we have 2 hours to prepare is that enough or ipapaexcuse ko kayo sa mga room nyo?" i asked at umiling naman sila noting that hindi enough yung 2 hours to prepare "okay then I'll find a way, tapos we will open the gym at 1:00 pm. Boys crowd control then girls we will give the food sa mga students"
"what if magbooth na lang tayo sa labas ng gym tas dun nila kunin yung food" suggestion ni sam
"that's a good suggestion thank you" i complimented her
"lastly, sam, bianca, nico and gerald samahan nyo ko para bumili ng materials. secretary, summary please" I asked and sam summarized everything na napagusapan sa meeting and once she's done dinismissed ko na sila at ang natira na lang ay kami ni sam, bianca, nico at gerald-
"goodbye madam president! sana masarap ang pagkain mo araw-araw!" sabi ni jaemin na kumakaway pa habang palabas ng eb room
