"Erythrina crista-galli, erythrina crista-galli, where are you?" I muttered, scrolling down the page open on my computer. It was now about one in the afternoon, and I had fallen asleep around 4:30. Now awake and energized, I was back to work.

The website I was on showed how to grow non-native plants in different locations, and I was going to do just that.

With a flower called erythrina crista-galli.

The carmine-red flowers grew on the Erythrina tree, which is native to South America. They could still be found in Southern Australia, though, because of early transport and migration.

I knew that Carmen was Argentinian, which is what made this flower so perfect.

First off, it was a shade of red literally called carmine. And second, the erythrina crista-galli was the national flower of Argentina.

I leaned back in my chair, smirking to myself. "If that's not coincidence at it's fullest, then I don't know what is."

So as I'm going back to edit, I see that this one is literally so frikkin short and I hate it. But then again I can't randomly add more, sooo...
