It's the next morning, last night Jabez and I spent a few hours playing ball. It was fun but i'm still not 100% sure if he meant what he said in his apology.. I mean it was very out of the blue.
I get up and start getting ready for school.

After getting dressed and doing my normal morning routine, I eat breakfast with my brothers and our mom. Our dad went to work early today. I haven't told my brothers about last night with Jabez because they won't listen to the rest once they hear his name and plus, i'm still confused on whether he's sincere or not so..

We pulled up to school, I see Leila and start walking with her.
M: Heyy
L: Heyy it's been a phat minute since we've hung out.
M: I know right!!
L: Walk to class together?
M: Sure, let's go!
We were on our way to class when I see Jabez, I look away before he could see me and act like I haven't noticed he's there. I wanna see what he will do after last night. Will he say hi? or just carry on..?
Jabez's POV
I felt something last night..
I really enjoyed it, playing ball with her reminded me of when we were kids. Honestly those times were great..
I was walking down the hall with dre when he points her out to me. This is perfect! I'm gonna approach her and be friendly, make her think that I meant what I said last night. I walk over to here,
J: Hey Ma.

In the corner of my eye I see Jabez walking over, maybe he did mean it..
J: Hey Ma.
M: Nicknames now ay?
J: *laughs lightly* Yeah, anyways can I walk you to class?
M: I'm walking with Leila but you can join us if you want?
J: Yeah sure, hold up I just gotta tell Dre.
I hope he isn't playing with me, because I generally wanna be friends with him.. When he's not a dick.
