~Jiwoo~
"Is everything okay with you?" Seokjin whispered.
We all glanced over our shoulders and saw Jungkook walking back into the house. Apparently he needed to make some phone calls.
"Jiwoo," Yoongi said, trying to get my attention.
I turned my attention back to the members who were watching me with anxious looks. I understood why though. They'd walked in on me crying in Jungkook's arms. I wanted to run but Jungkook didn't let go of me. So, the members gave us space.
"I'm good," I lied.
"Your condition?" Hoseok asked.
I nodded. "I have a doctor's appointment next week."
"Call one of us and let us know how it goes," Jimin told me. "Even if you're busy, just give us a text. Or leave a voicemail, got it?"
I couldn't help it and smiled. "Okay, Jimin."
Namjoon heaved a sigh, "I don't like the thought of leaving you here alone."
"I'll be fine," I told him, all serious. "You guys don't need to worry about me."
"How can we not?" Taehyung grumbled. "If we don't then who else is going to? It's not like you care that much about your condition."
I scowled, "I do too!"
"If you do then you'll let us pay for your surgery," he shot back.
I kept my mouth shut. Well, the guy does have a point.
"We should leave now if we don't want to miss our flight," Seokjin said, glancing down at his watch. "Come here, Jiwoo."
I went into his arms and his arms closed around me. "What's wrong?" I asked him.
"You have to take care of yourself, okay?" Seokjin said, pulling back, hands on my shoulders, dipping his head so that we can make eye contact.
I smiled but it was tight. "Always."
Yoongi reached out and tousled my hair. "Call if you need."
One by one, I hugged them and wished them luck on their concerts. I know how happy they are to meet their fans and so I wished for them to take care of their health and to do well.
"Jungkook-ah!" Jimin called out. "Hurry up, we're going now!"
"See you soon," Taehyung smiled at me.
I waved as the members walked towards the van, closing the door behind them. I waited there in the driveway to say my goodbyes to Jungkook but Jungkook was still inside.
After five minutes or so, Seokjin opened the door, telling me to go get Jungkook. So that's what I did, except the minute I stepped into the house, Jungkook was just making his way towards me.
I stepped to the side, making room for him to leave and join his members but he surprised me by grabbing my wrist and gently pulling me against his body. He dropped his bags on the floor, sliding one of his arm around my waist while his hand found its way to the back of my head. With that, Jungkook held me close against his chest.
I placed my hands on his chest, tilting my head up, opening my mouth to ask him what's wrong when suddenly, Jungkook leaned down and kissed me. A long, gentle and sweet kiss.
When he pulled away, all I could do was just watch him, dazed by his kiss. Jungkook reached out and cupped my face with his large hands, eyes searching me.
"Will you be okay?" he asked in a quiet voice.
I nodded, not trusting myself to speak.
Jungkook stroke my cheeks with his thumbs, letting out a soft sigh.
"Why, what's wrong?" I asked him.
"You know why."
Right. My breakdown.
Jungkook dropped his hands and reached for his things before glancing down at me. "Be a good girl and wait for me. Don't do something stupid."
My eyes rolled. "Right."
Chuckling, he placed his large hand behind my head, bringing me to him before pressing a kiss to my forehead. Then he pulled away, murmuring, "Wish me luck."
I nodded. "I always do. Have a safe flight."
As I watched Jungkook walk away to join his members, I could feel as though something bad was going to happen... A feeling that made me sick in the stomach.
