The Mystery Machine is driving down a road heading to the first set destination for the TV show.

The gang's first destination was an old 50s style mansion reportedly being haunted by the ghost of some sort of reaper. The old lady who owned the place held a seance. The ghost the groups were there for showed up scaring the living daylights out of Shaggy and Scooby flipping the table

There's no reason to shake
Shaggy and Scooby hit a wall making it spin. Velma took the chance to hop into the secret room behind the spinning wall and saw that a projector was there.

Oh, Give us a break
It's fake
Shaggy and Scooby came flying into the hidden room and crash into the projector unplugging it completely
The Mystery Machine was at it's next destination. A graveyard. Ruby and Scooby walked up to a stone coffin and a vampire bat creature popped out hissing
Another ghoul attacks (ch-kaa)
He's breathing down our backs (ch-kaa)
So we're making tracks for the exit
Scooby and Ruby then come running and jump over graves in the process. While the two are running, Blake points at it and Fred starts getting some footage of it

He's protecting some loot
After Ruby and Scooby run past a suspiciously placed Vase, it falls to the ground making the bat trip and Velma and Daphne walk over. Daphne pulls off the mask revealing the bat creature was really just the grave digger and Velma pulls out some recently stolen jewelry from a pocket in one of the wings and Fred stops filming after Blake makes a hand gesture that means to stop filming for now

Oh, give him the boot
He's fake
The detectives and huntresses were at their next location. A casino boat reportedly haunted by it's original captain from the 40s
It doesn't matter where we go we know
A ghost is gonna show and so
Scooby and Yang were dodging chairs being thrown at them as they backed away from the ghost they came there looking for and backed up against a wooden door that looks like it's straight from a saloon
We look for the bogus
Look for the scam
The door swings open showing Fred, who was filming what was going on, Velma, Daphne, and Blake who were watching, sending Scooby flying onto a wheel on a roulette table and he then gets thrown right into the ghost and the mask falls off revealing that the ghost was really the boats current owner and captain and once again, Fred stops filming for now
Everytime, the ghost is a sham
The Mystery Machine s now parked outside of a soda warehouse said to have been haunted by a lobster monster. Everyone was looking around for the giant lobster with flashlights
We see an Eerie light (ch-kaa)
And if the moon is right (ch-kaa)
Then we just might sight a monster
Scooby, Shaggy, and Ruby start running as the lobster monster had shown up
Oh, The Ghost is Here
It's our frightening task
To face our fears in the creep in the mask
Until The Ghost is Here
There's no reason to ask
The monster had Shaggy and Scooby cornered when Ruby and Yang pushed it over into the nearby stack of soda cans making it feel dazed and allowing a mask removal
He's fake
Shaggy holds up a finger to the camera and pulls off the lobster monster's mask revealing it was the warehouse's owner and manager
