3:38 a.m.
She's not home yet! I'm getting sick and tired of her, she never listens to me. He looked outside the window, no one. He bit his nail in anxiety as he knew, his wife was going to come home late, again.
"Daddy, why aren't you sleep?" Jungkook asked, his small hand rubbing his eye while the other help his soft blanket.
"Go to sleep child. Don't worry about me." He patted the boy's head, leading him back to his room, "Sleep so you can grow taller and become a strong man!"
Jungkook giggled, "Yeah! I'll be a strong man!" His dad laughed along with him, carrying him in his crib, "Goodnight. I love you."
"I love you too." His eyes soon felt heavy and then he fell asleep, sucking on his thumb as his foot made small jerks.
The man walked out, slowly closing the door. He finally saw his wife, he couldn't stand her, "Where were you!?" He asked, tapping his foot coldly on the marble floor.
"Was at my friend's. You don't need to baby me, I'm your wife and you shouldn't question me."
"I run this house and I can question you as much as I'd like to know where you were."
She rolled her eyes, "Shut up. I don't need to hear you complaining, such a kid."
He crossed both his arms, "You smell like alcohol."
"How dare you! I wasn't drinking at all. I was just at a friend's!"
He flipped his hair back in annoyance, "Then tell me who's this Lee Minhyuk?" The lady stood silent, "No one. I don't know who he is. I really have no idea what you're talking about."
He chuckled, "I'm not dumb. You've been cheating on me with him didn't ya? Did you think I wouldn't find out about this!? I know you're little tricks, at my friend's house or at the store are no longer any valid excuses, and I find it really annoying when you lie."
She couldn't help herself but laugh, "Fine I'll tell you the truth since you really want to know! Yes, I have been cheating on you. Ok, happy?"
"I can't believe you, why? Am I not any good for you? Am I not meeting your standards? Am I just not a fit for you? Why!?" his eyes, soon getting glossy and his lips trembled, he felt hurt. Hurt that his wife who he devoted his love to, was cheating on him.
The slim lady only turned to look at the window and then back at him, "You don't understand. You're pretty wealthy so that's why I married you. I needed money and now, since you caught me then, Oh well. I've suffered all those years, standing your clinging ass telling me how much you've loved me, so irritating. And your just a filthy pig for me."
He popped, his tears falling off his smooth face, staining his cheeks, his voice trembling and his hands clutched up in fists. "I want the divorce!"
She smiled, "Sure. I can't stand you anymore. Crybaby." She walked off, leaving him crying. He felt so much aching pain he just couldn't stop. And now, it's over...
2:10 p.m.
"Sign this here Mr.Park after she's done." The man said, sitting in his chair, watching her sign her name flawlessly.
She passed the form to him, passing the pen over. He signed the papers and gave it back to the lawyer, he rubbed his chin, "Well then. It's all done. You've agreed to give her a fourth of your wealth to her as she leaves. Correct?"
He nodded, his face all stoned. The man nodded his head, "Well then. Thank you for your patience and you can now leave." He stood up from his chair, looking back at her. She was smiling, ready for her freedom out the door.
"Goodbye Mr.Park, It was nice being your wife but I have to go. Minhyuk is waiting for me outside, don't mind if I do. You don't have to wait for me at three in the morning anymore."
He stood there, "Don't forget about your things back home."
"Oh yes, I almost forgot. I'll be right there."
3:27 p.m.
"What about Jungkook and Taehyung!? Aren't you going to take them!?"
She furrowed her brows and rolled her eyes as she packed her belongings, "I'm not taking them!" And soon stormed off.
He felt his blood boil inside, he couldn't believe her. He looked inside his children's room, only to find them playing together. He smiled as a tear escaped his eye. What is he going to do now?
7:59 p.m.
He stayed with his two little boys, both crying, asking when is mommy coming back. They didn't know any better but he had to tell them the truth. His mom felt pain, she hated to see him like this so she stayed whenever she could to take care of the boys.
"Um, son. I can take care of them while your at work. Don't worry about them. I'll be there."
He smiled, "Thanks mom. I'm glad your still here to support me. I appreciate it."
"Only for you."
Jungkook sobbed on Taehyung's shirt, crying and calling his mom, a mean woman. Taehyung, since he was the oldest, only 5 years old, soon turning 6, tried calming Jungkook down by patting his head and cheering him up with small dances, but he continued crying.
Jungkook was three. Soon turning four in one week but he didn't know he was now going to face everything without his mom.
"It's going to be okay. Daddy will be here, mommy is gone but I know we three can do it together."
Taehyung nodded, "Yeah. Kookie, don't cry. Although mommy is gone, we can still do it. We're strong boys and we can fight forward!"
Jungkook sniffed, "Y-Yeah."
Tae smiled at his younger one, his small smile appearing. The two hug his dad who was only shedding a tear or two. Now he had to face everything, but it was for the best to fight forward. He was Park Jimin, A nobody.
