It was dim, the air was a bit cool and there stood Jimin. His fists balled up, and the worry in his eyes, this meeting better not take long.
He walked in his boss's office, meeting the many pairs of eyes waiting for the blond to take a seat. "Good, now that Park is here, where's Ms.Kim?"
The other workers shrugged, they all remember last seeing her in Jimin's office, and walking off to the lounge. "We can't start without her." The male lead said disappointedly.
Jimin rose his hand, waiting for his boss to let him speak. Soon enough, he gave the blond permission to talk, "How long is this meeting?"
                              "Excuse me?"
"Sorry, how long is this meeting? I have something important coming up at seven, and I can't miss it."
The man sighed, "You always have something important Park, calm down. It shouldn't be that long, that's if Ms.Kim is here as soon as possible. She's taking up our time."
"But can't you get her fired? I mean, she told me that I have to attend or else my job here is done." One commented.
"What nonsense, I never said that. This meeting is for volunteers only. She suggested an important idea for our industry and I agreed that we would have a meeting with volunteers who would like to help out and elaborate more details."
Jimin froze, "Wait, so can I leave? I wasn't aware of this and--"
"No, once you're here. You stay here."
The blond mentally cursed himself, how was he so dumb to believe Viva's lies? This meeting was actually optional, and she lied to him that he would soon get fired if he won't attend. Now the things have twisted, when the clock turned to 6:30, Viva was nowhere to be found. His son's performance soon starts in twenty minutes, and if he doesn't make it...
Then who knows what will happen.
The door soon opens and there walked Viva, her heels tapping on the black marble floor, "I'm sorry that I'm late sir."
The boss wasn't quite amused, "Do you think this is the right time to apologize? Where were you? Why did you lie to them that they would get fired of they didn't attend? What's your plan?"
Viva heavily sighed, "I never told them that they would get fired! I swear! And I was busy helping out Mr.Kim's secretary downstairs, didn't you hear that she got in a recent car accident?"
Jimin clutched his hand, again she goes with her lies. He felt his blood turn cold when the time continued to tick, "Ah, Ms.Kim- Please share us your idea now. I kinda have an important event to attend in a few minutes..." He interrupted.
"Ah, correct." She set down her computer on the table and so she presented.
Back at home, things were out of hand. Jungkook grew out of his shoes and whined about the tightness around his foot. Taehyung was busy rehearsing a few lines, and Yoongi was trying his very best to find Jungkook a good pair of shoes.
"Sorry honey, there's no size that will fit you nicely! You might as well just resist the pain ok?"
The small bunny boy sighed, "Fine! But they are just so tight! It hurts for my little footsies! They also need space!"
"I know, I know, but you just got to be strong."
Jungkook nodded and followed Yoongi inside the restroom, where Taehyung stood singing out his lines for his upcoming performance. "Are you ready Taehyung?"
"Yep! I'm ready! Is dad coming?"
"Oh shoot- Let me call him right quick okay?"
The two boys nodded and watched Yoongi run and grab his phone. The raven quickly dialed Jimin's number, and quickly waited for the older to respond...
