Yoongi remembered falling in love with that high school kid in his theater class. He was very handsome, but quite a bit mean. Either way, Yoongi couldn't lie but say that he liked him.
However, Yoongi... as always was quite shy. The boy was named Lee Minhyuk, very attractive and "kind", but had a huge group of friends.
Soon after, Yoongi attends a party and the two hook up. It felt like God has heard his prayers of wanting the male, but soon after... the relationship escalated.
He didn't like the way Minhyuk was taking their relationship too fast from his comfort zone, especially how he picked on people for their insecurities. One thing that worried Yoongi the most is that they were the first openly gay couple at school.
Not alot of students liked or knew the term gay for some obvious reasons, but it was a huge controversy between them all wether it was a good thing or not. Either way, the young boy didn't care.
Minhyuk on the other hand, treated Yoongi nicely at the beginning of their relationship... Until he began to get too comfortable with him.
He would sometimes hit Yoongi without a reason and would laugh it off. "Oh get up crybaby! I'm sure it didn't hurt at all!"
Day by day, the raven would get hit for no reason right in front of Minhyuk's friends. Yoongi got tired of it, hiding all of his bruises from Jin and constantly flinching at anything. It was hell, and he never considered this love.
"I want to break up with you." Yoongi said out loud in front of a crowd of students, "I want everyone to know the kind of monster you are to me!"
Despite how nervous Yoongi was, Minhyuk's hand met with the boy's face, slapping him once more.
"Fine, if that's what you want. You were quite an entertainment."
"An entertainment!? How am I an entertainment!? I've loved you and every single day you hit me!"
The male tsked and laughed with his friends, "I didn't like you. This was all a game. It was funny to see you cry. I don't care about you at all."
Yoongi felt the surrounding laughter around him, everyone pointing fingers at him made him freak out. "No! Shut up! You played me! Just because I was different from everyone- right!?"
He nodded, "Good luck finding yourself another person who will like you, orphan." He walked off with the rest of his friends, leaving Yoongi standing by himself with tears pouring out from his eyes.
That night Yoongi cried while Jin patted his back, "Now now, don't cry. I knew Minhyuk didn't like you. The day I first saw him, I knew something was up. Don't cry..."
"How am I supposed to not cry when he never loved me? Why doesn't anyone love me?"
"Ah, of course someone loves you. I love you, I'm sure your friends love you-"
                              "I don't have any friends..."
Jin sighed, "But you know what I'm saying."
"No one cares about me, but if I die out of the blue, they'll care. Why can't anyone just be right for me? My mom left me, what kind of family love is that? She doesn't even know if I'm still alive!"
"Calm down, forget about Minhyuk. Right now, I want you to not focus on finding a relationship, but focus on graduating out of school. I want to see you succeed, ok? Just don't think about love at the moment, take a break from that type of stuff."
